Berry Hills Resort

Location is good but the approach road is like a proper off road track where no vehicle can possible go so you carry your luggage on your head, food is good, but the service. It's the worst i've ever come across

Had a good stay at Berry Hills resort recently. Set at the top of hill with a picturesque panoramic view of the valley. There's a fantastic Tea factory and Museum on top of the Hill which is the best of all tea emporiums across Ooty and nearby places coupled with adventure sports and view point. Fabulous hospitality well complemented with prompt service with a smile. Well laid out rooms with amenities, lawn and dinning arrangements. Mr. Shankar (Manager) was very helpful and ensured seamless stay and assisted well right from making booking arrangements to specific requirements with guidance. Restaurant provides a well spread menu for people travelling across the country and overseas guests. They have a good travel desk that covers local sightseeing and Airport transfers. Special mention for Mr. Ajay who is very adept and meticulous in driving in difficult terrain with hairpin bends on roads leading to and around Ooty, Coonoor and Pykhara. Very skilled and courteous demeanor with superb packages. Thanks again to the Resort team...Would highly recommend!

Maintenance is very poor. The rooms were not clean. The staffs are not that supportive. They were not even accepting their mistakes. We have also spotted used sanitary pads in washroom.
