Not expected. Very bad service. Even for water they have charged. Asked for fire camp and no response. But the one what we got was different and not good to stay. When asked, no proper response.

Bathrooms are old fashioned and not kept very clean. Latches are missing on one of the bathroom doors. Priced at rs 2500+, the rooms are a rip-off considering the location and provisions in the rooms. Felt a bit unsafe to sleep because the windows didn't have glazing bars.
The food they serve at their restaurant is delicious and the view from there is amazing.

My overall experience in the villa was good. The villa (hill view) was located at tiger hill giving a scenic view of the tea garden and mountain. It was a 1 bedroom villa where an extra room is made in the hall by partitioning through curtains. The bathroom was attracted to the main bedroom. It was a decent bathroom but i missed the shower. As it is a villa the room service was quite slow compared to a hotel. But it had a good budget restaurant where you can enjoy food with a mesmerizing view.

The villa is good and the surrounding nature is good. The room staff is good. Telephone is not working we have to call from our mobile. If we order anything, receptionist will forget.
