The hotel was right on the beach. Our room could access directly into the dunes. Great sunsets every night (from beach not room). From room could sadly not see the sea as the dunes were in front of it. Rooms were refitted so looked new and modern. Rest of hotel is rather old. Swimming pool (indoor only) old. Spa needed to pay. Breakfast was ok. There is a busservice included with the hotel. Stops right in front of entrance hotel. Show your booking or card and can take bus. Convenient. Beachclub in front was nice and active. Good food. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is comfortably situated near the beach but not to far from the center. You can take a bus from/ to the harbor which is free of charge for the hotel guests. The rooms are spacious clean and need. The only thing missing was air conditioning and a fridge. Tasty breakfast with enough choice (also fruit). The staff was wonderful and very helpful and I recommend a relaxing massage in the wellness center.

We had apartment 243. It had a view of the dunes and the lighthouse. The beach is very close. The building looks like a nursing home/hospital. The apartment itself is modernly furnished. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the awning. Apparently, the owner doesn't allow us to use it. The staff is very friendly and takes the time to help you. The bike shed was already full, so it must be overcrowded during peak season. There are few charging stations for electric bikes. We had a wonderful 3 days/2 nights on the island, a wonderful time of relaxation.

The hotel and its annex (where I stayed) have spacious and modern rooms. The superior room has a double bed or two beds joined together, as well as indoor and outdoor seating. WestCord Terschelling has an 11:00 AM departure time (very convenient), while on Vlieland it's 10:00 AM. Incidentally, luggage transport is well arranged through the hotel. Unfortunately, there was a huge crack in the bathtub in my room. Reception knew about this, and they still gave me this room. No problem for me, I only use the shower. Also, one of the guests had been messing with the TV, and I requested that it be reset. Housekeeping can check this and report it to reception, as it happened frequently. Points to address! There's no pen or paper in the room. There's no soap rack in the shower [old-fashioned of me?!]. Otherwise, I definitely recommend the WestCord. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great.

I tried to book because of the price advertised for this hotel. It was €127 per night. During the booking process, the price suddenly dropped to €403 for one night. I called the hotel, and they changed the price to €315 for one night. When I objected, they offered to pay €257. What a strange way to do business! So, I didn't book.

Nice room, good location, pleasant atmosphere. The dinner included in the package was subpar. Unfortunately, we didn't use the amenities, such as the pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We had booked an extra night, but then the card to enter the room stopped working. That was a bit sloppy. Furthermore, you're bombarded with emails, which is very annoying.

The Seeduyn team is truly exceptional. Hospitality is in their DNA. Nothing is too much trouble; you're truly pampered here.
