Delta Hotels Ontario Airport

This “hotel” needs to be condemned. It’s operated by a very shady fly-by-night company that is keeping the hotel open to generate revenue when its not suitable for human habitation. It’s a giant porta-potty with carpet. Ripped up carpet, not ONE working ice machine. TV in the room didn’t even work. Phones in the rooms are all dead because the management doesn’t want you trying to contact the front desk about all of the problems. FILTH EVERYWHERE. This hotel is absolutely filthy. The rooms reek of mildew. Room numbers to some rooms are DRAWN ON THE WALL WITH MARKER. The management company should be sued for engaging in deceptive business practices. They advertise amenities that have been closed for months and do not exist. In a pinch when no other hotels had availability, I’ve stayed at very sub-par motels and they were STILL nicer than this. This place is an absolute DUMP that should be CONDEMNED. Humans should not be permitted to stay here. Every single decent hotel in the area was booked solid so I was forced to stay here. I honestly considered just sleeping in the car after seeing my room.

I contracted bedbugs from this place. American Airlines put me in this place in June, due to a fIight "cancellation". I was literally afraid to close my eyes. The carpet in the hallway smelled like mildew and had duct tape holding it down in one area. The room doors had large gaps down the side side and I could see in the hallway. I had to request another room because the toilet in the first room was broken. the room smelled like mildew and the tub was stained as well as the carpet. This hotel should be condemned!

Hotel is under new ownership ! Needs to be renovated ! Upon checking into my room ! Noticed there was no toilet paper ! Plus there is no ice machine ! Its at the front desk ! They have a breakfast buffet for $13.00 ! Eggs were watery ! Bacon and sausages were so so ! Also have fruit ! Melon and cantaloupe, pineapple and watermelon !

The room was ok, but the AC was not working too well in the entire hotel. The stay was alright and the breakfast was ok, but I didn't know you could get other items prepared besides what was out. Not a bad stay, but check the AC.
