First of all, the hotel's free airport pick-up staff didn't even help with the luggage, so naturally there was no tip. Second, the hotel's hygiene was very poor. The sheets and pillows were very dirty, as evidenced by the video! Third, the hotel's toiletries were just for display, and the hand sanitizer couldn't be squeezed out of anything, and they didn't deal with it in time! Fourth, the heater was very loud and noisy! Fifth, the cleaning staff opened the door and entered my room without my consent before the check-out time the next day. Then I asked her to check the time to confirm, and she realized that it was not the check-out time! Invasion of privacy! I don't know where this Ctrip rating came from? And the hotel front desk staff whispered and had a discriminatory attitude!

Thumbs up for the hotel’s service! Although the hotel facilities are average, the service is really good! It's very close to Ontario Airport. We had a flight at 5 o'clock in the morning, and the lady at the front desk drove us to the airport at around 3 o'clock. We were so touched!
