I bought a family package for 2 adults and 2 children with access to the spa and dinner included. Check-in only takes place from 3 pm onwards. I did not receive any more specific information about the hotel. I checked in at around 5pm and was informed that children only have access to the pool from 1pm and last entry at 4:30pm, so they could no longer go to the pool. The receptionist was extremely unpleasant. There was a serious communication failure at the hotel because I purchased a package with access to the pool that was not possible. Fortunately, the receptionist who was there at night was not the same and was very understanding of the situation and allowed us to enjoy the spa as a family the following day between 1 and 2:30 pm.

Habitación sin cobertura, la mitad del spa no disponible porque había algo roto. Luego antes tenía un buffet espectacular, algo que ya no es así, lo han cambiado a la cafetería y ya no tiene el servicio que tenía. Además tambien han quitado el servicio de buffet de cenas, ahora solo se puede cenar a la carta en la cafetería.

El complejo está bien, así como el desayuno y el spa. Lo malo fue la habitación, teníamos una hab cuádruple la cual era para minusválidos y el baño era incómodo para nuestra familia, con niños pequeños. Lo malo llegó por la noche, teníamos CHINCHES en el colchón, tengo 19 picaduras. He llamado al hotel para avisar de lo ocurrido y me han pedido disculpas, pero creo que deberían abonarmela. Adjunto foto de una pequeña zona.

El hotel espectacular todo perfecto me ha encantado ,mejor de lo que te imaginas,está situado en un pueblo pequeño en el cual hay. Varios sitios donde poder tomar algo tranquilo Los desayunos son muy buenos Lo único que cambiaría es un consejo Los colchones cambiar esos colchones son horribles, nosotros hemos estado 2 noches pero si estás más acabas con la espalda molida Y una sugerencia es spa está muy bien a ciertas horas demasiada gente eso sería un punto a controlar y la otra es que para la gente que coge el flotarium se les aconseje utilizar tapones para los oídos por qué si quieres relajarte es necesario primero por el ruido del spa que la gente no sabe está en silencio y segundo por qué si te entra agua tan salada en los oídos no es bueno Todo lo demás de 10 Seguro repetiremos y espero que solucionen el tema de los colchones

Hotel muy bueno, limpieza excelente, habitación grande, el Spar es muy completo, el único inconveniente que le he visto, es la comida, cena y desayuno del buffet algo limitado, por lo demás servicio y atención al cliente fenomenal, volveré algún día si tengo la oportunidad
