Hôtel qui n’est pas à la hauteur de ses 4 étoiles, ce qui est dommage vu la réputation de l’hébergement. Rien à dire sur la propreté de la chambre : c’était vraiment très propre. Pour autant niveau service et restauration : une catastrophe. Le manque de personnel se fait largement ressentir surtout au restaurant. Plus d’une heure d’attente pour ne même pas être servis en même temps. Une attente tellement longue que nous avons abandonné l’idée de prendre un dessert. De plus, un « petit déjeuner » avec des produits congelés… quel dommage pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Les environs sont très sympathiques. La bâtisse de l’hôtel est splendide. Quel dommage que le service et la restauration ne soient pas à la hauteur d’un tel cadre…

Bof / déçu de ma visite hivernale.
Deuxieme visite, première en hiver.
Cadre sympa, mais qu’est-ce qu’il faisait froid ! Chauffage éteint dans les couloirs et chambres. Gardez votre doudoune !! C’est honteux je trouve.
Restaurant passable/mid. Tataki reservé au frigo et servi bien bien froid (encore!). C’est donc un tartare qui se fait passer pour un tataki… prix OK !

Tres bel endroit
Hotel de caractere et confortable, la chzmbre familiale etait avec 2 grand lits doubles, peut etre il faut preciser si on veut lits pour les enfants.
Pas de restauration mais grignotage possible aux bars
