Every inch of this property has been lovingly and thoughtfully arranged to offer a relaxed refuge just a 1-minute drive from Cooperstown All-Star Village—easy access to SUNY, Hartwick College, and the Baseball Hall of Fame.
This incredible home offers a wide-open floor plan complete with a Living Room area, Dining Area, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Bath with a Stall Shower, a large king suite with an ensuite bathroom with shower, a large, bright den with a 65" TV, and incredibly comfortable sleeper, a beautiful back yard and screened in porch. A full commercial-size washer and dryer are in the basement.
The second bedroom is beautifully laid out with two twins.
