It’s clean and very good location.

The park is great! 10 min walk to the beach via a track, however well worth it for slightly older kids. Good facilities although not cleaned anywhere near enough. Lots of interesting wildlife who are used to people - lace monitors, ducks, possums, kookaburras which will let you get super close. Kitchens have all the power points locked sooo if you want to plug something in, BYO power source. Staff are great, until you need help from falling trees, monsoon rains and/or bad weather. People are left to their own devices with fires which is also scary to watch! Real potential for a novice with fires to cause some serious damage and safety risk to other guests. They don’t bother to check on anyone or render assistance when needed even when asked for help in horrific weather. Sadly we were the only ones actively helping people who’s tents had collapsed - one younger reception staff member RUINED it for all the super friendly and kind staff the park had. Shout out to the cafe staff who did an amazing job being kind, gentle and friendly at a time the guests needed a smiling face and some kindness. Park floods badly, cars and vans bogged everywhere and the staffs response is “stay safe” we can’t assist Non powered camp sites mainly all flood as there is plenty of compacted ground in sections which causes severe pooling. So if it’s sunny, warm and summer - this place is great and we highly recommend. If there is bad weather on the radar and you’re not in a van or cabin suggest you reconsider as this park seems to not worry about the safety of their guests at all and aren’t willing to assist anyone that needs help. In summary… if you worry about safety, this isn’t the park for you. If you are self sufficient and can manage anything and everything alone then we highly recommend.

Lovely location

The pool area is amazing, love that there is a spa too! Nice little cafe for breakfast if you need it. The upstairs deck looking onto the pool was closed when we were there, hopefully it’s open next time, looks like a great spot to have a couple of drinks after a long day!
