Первое: нет ни ужина ни бара ни ресторана ни еды в номер ничего, второе: Номер был забронирован на 3х взрослых и одного ребенка (9 лет). При бронировании указано: 2 доп места (взрослый одно и ребенок одно) так как взрослый пусть на то дедушка или бабушка не может спать с ребенком 9 лет, а если предположим это просто знакомый?????!!!!! И 2 взрослых на двуспальной кровати. В итоге предоставлено две двуспальные кровати. Это просто кошмар! На ресепшене ничего внятно сказать не могут. Все полотенца и принадлежности на троих! Ребенок большой и оплата за него была дополнительно, он также пользуется полотенцем и всем остальным! Нет тапочек, про халаты молчу. В остальном, все очень чисто и аккуратно/ брали номер с мини кухней, все необходимое было. Почти 10 тыс, ну реально не стоит этого

Классный отель. Цена соответствует качеству - чистота идеальная, персонал вежливый, номер просторный. Единственное - гудит холодильник с мини-баром, но его можно выключить. Есть смарт-тв, удобно. Кровать большая и мягкая, топят не очень жарко, комфортно. Гигиенические принадлежности можно попросить у администратора (кстати, была очень приветливая девушка на ресепшн). Снимали номер стандарт, все по высшему разряду, спасибо!

Очень понравился отель. Обслуживающий персонал очень приветливый, вежливый и дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь! Отель очень комфортный, номера класс, уютные, красивые, чистые, мне всё очень понравилось! В следующую командировку вернусь именно в этот отель!

Очень холодно в номере хорошо хоть есть обогреватель, горячая вода еле теплая невозможно помыться.... нет тапочек, нет халата что тоже минус Сам номер неплохой ну минусы указанные выше портят впечатление в целом

Потрясающий отель с домашним уютом и гостиничным сервисом. Отель светлый, номера чистые, аккуратные. На завтрак большой выбор вкусностей, выпечка, как дома. Персонал - главное достоинство отеля - очень добрые, отзывчивые девушки, всегда придут на помощь по любому вопросу. Мне было очень комфортно находиться здесь! Спасибо за ваше отношение к гостям! Выбирайте этот отель, не пожалеете!
