Çok iyiydi

It was very good, both for its cleanliness, its breakfast and its location and accessibility. I recommend it. I will use the same hotel in my future choices.

Everything was really nice. From the breakfast to the cleanliness of the rooms, to the friendliness of the staff, I can say that I had a perfect stay. I would like to thank the lady at the reception and the Houskeeping staff. They fulfilled all our requests in the shortest time and in the most perfect way!

During our Mudanya trip with my wife and our 1-year-old baby, we checked into the hotel we booked at 18:00, just for a comfortable overnight stay, and realized that the room was stuffy and the fan was not working. By informing the reception and technical service manager. We left the room again, having been informed that he would work afterwards. When we came back at 22:00 in the evening, we came to a room where the fan was running but was incredibly muffled and hot. Air temp. It was over 30 degrees but barely breathable. When we couldn't stand the reception, we called again around 10.30, and he said he would take care of it. When we called again around 11:00, we were informed that the technical service could be contacted if we wanted, and we asked that the temperature was excruciating and that we wanted to do whatever was necessary. At 11.30, the technical officer came and stated that the fan was working but the ventilation system was busy due to the wedding, that we were having this problem because our room was on the top floor, and that the "room air was not good enough", but that he could arrange the ventilation system by shifting it to the rooms after the wedding. We asked them to provide fans etc. if they had any, but there was no response throughout the night. As a result, we started to breathe by opening the window around 3-4 at night and letting the open air in (we made the mistake of keeping the window closed, hoping for help from the ventilation, since the air was not entering the room properly, but it still got in for better or worse). The ventilation did not work properly throughout the night either. Unfortunately, no additional feedback was given to us. We ended our hotel adventure by stating that we stayed in the room like hell all night long and that it was torture, and that we regretted it. Unfortunately, it was a hotel adventure that would give a nightmarish night for a family with a baby... The attitude of the hotel staff was sincere and kind throughout the process, but it is really sad that no results were produced. We expected better hospitality when the economic situation of the country was moderate and the hotel prices we offered per night were known to everyone. If you do not want to be in an embarrassing position in front of your family, I do not recommend you to choose this.

Cumartesi akşam 12 kişilik arkadaş gurubumuzla konaklama sağladık.Yapılan yorumlara bakarak çok tedirgin gittiğim bir otelden memnun kaldım.Odalarda herşey mevcuttu ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü.Sabah kalvaltısında çeşit yeterli ve güzeldi.Hatta kahvaltı için içeride masa ayarlanmıştı rica ettik deniz kenarında bize tekrardan mekan ayarladılar.Arkadaşlarımız ile tekrar konaklamak için tercih edeceğim oteller arasında ..

Hotel konum itibariyle bölgenin en iyi oteli diyebilirim. Odalarda biraz bakım yapılmasınin fayda sağlayacağını düşünüyorum, açık büfe kahvaltısı ***et iyi, personeller güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Genel olarak güzel bir deneyim oldu teşekkür ederiz.
