The starting point in front of Tateyama Kurobe is very convenient, the room is large, the equipment is good, the staff is good, the service is good, especially Mr. Jin from China, he is polite, attentive and helpful, a first-class waiter

I stayed in the old main building. The heating is very weak, and I end up shivering except after taking a bath. I was wrapped in a futon. Dinner was disappointing as there were too few items. The hot water is colorless and transparent heated water.
