The location are perfect, within walking distance to the stores. The hotel offer free shuttle to Ogizawa once a day. The hotel also offer free shuttle to the bus stop anytime we need. The staffs are helpful, polite and patience. The dinner and breakfast are delicious. The hotel and the room are neat and clean.

Hotel staff were not helpful, I had originally book a room with private Olsen,when I got to check in room was not available. Two meals were included in the price however dietary restrictions were not met and hotel was notified more than two weeks ago.

The hotel feels very traditional, the staff is very polite, and the experience is very comfortable. Dinner is Japanese food. The waiter doesn't know much English, but still tries hard to explain. He is very dedicated and recommended!

Very decent and neat onsen hotel, room is big but slighted dated. Comes with free parking, better drive here and stay
