Antas Deluxe Apartments

We booked Antas apartments as my daughter was getting married in Turkey there were around 25 family staying at Antas apartments. We arrived during the night so with a young child very tired. on being shown to the room the smell was disgusting the toilet was leaking over the bathroom floor after complaining about this for 10 days it was finally repaired! The apartment was dirty, we left our keys at reception on numerous occasions and the room was still not cleaned, clean towels were difficult to get hold of, Jimmy who run the bar was lovely he tried to help us as much as possible but he couldn’t do much as he only run the bar. The pool was nice but there is no entertainment whatsoever and no music playing around the pool, you could get very basic food from bar like cheesy chips or sandwich there were no crisps or snacks you could buy for children. When going to reception to speak to someone about things we weren’t happy about there was not always someone who could speak English so they couldn’t help also the reception was very often unattended, Antas also offers you a place to leave your bags when you have to leave your rooms on your last day this safe place is on reception by the side of a road anyone has access to this. The decor in the rooms and hallways is very poor and there is a lot of damage to the inside of buildings there was also mould present in numerous rooms and having a young child with asthma this did not help. The electric light switch In the room was hanging of the wall with wires hanging out of it all in all this was a very disappointing holiday and this is something we had been all looking forward to so much as so many family came, we spent a lot more money than we needed to as had to pay for taxis to family’s accommodation to get showers and to get ready for the wedding as we felt so dirty getting out the shower in toilet water. We booked through jet2 and made a complaint as we were so upset and dissatisfied after waiting several weeks for them to reply they offered us a free meal and choice of seats on our next flight we book with them! My family Have been using jet2 for years very poor customer service. If you’re thinking about booking Antas Apartments please read the reviews first as we would hate people to book here and have a holiday like us. I would also like to say there were numerous people staying at the time as us who the majority had issues and said they would not return back to Antas again a real shame as the location is perfect.

First and foremost we where a little hesitant booking as we have never stayed in a 2 star plus apartment. We booked based other people's reviews and gave it a try. We are so glad we did as this was a very relaxing enjoyable 10 night stay! We travelled with our 2 children (6 and 13) They had so much fun there where tears once we had to leave! - Rooms where a little dated but had more than enough space for us, not much in terms of cooking facilities in the rooms but that did not matter to us as we always ate out. -Hotel itself was great, kept clean and tidy, you need to ask for your room to be cleaned but noting is too much trouble for the people that work here, the grounds the hotel sits on was quiet and relaxing with a decent sized pool and a 10 minute walk into Hisaranou. Barbecue also on request whenever you want. - Staff this is where the hotel really excels at, nothing is a problem for Jimmy and his team, the nicest people you could wish too meet in a small family run hotel. Jimmy will go out his way to make sure everything is good for you, any food you want, any drinks you want etc etc nothing is a problem! Jimmy and his team are a real asset to this hotel 100%. Overall a very pleasant stay here, its set in a quiet area but there's plenty to do within 10/15 minutes walk not far at all. We also met some great familes staying at the hotel also which Jimmy and his team put on a huge barbecue for us all. Would love to go back one day.
