Convenient location, free parking, easy access to town, all-day meals included, we arrived late and left early and didn't enjoy it a bit regretful, the hotel has its own beach, very convenient! Recommended

I liked the hotel, it is conveniently located in the center of Oludeniz and at the same time it is quiet and calm, cozy territory, huge garden, evening shows were professional and original, animators also tried very hard to amuse, food is varied, drinks are served generously, in general a solid 5 from us 👍

This hotel has relatively few Chinese people staying, but more Europeans and Americans. It has an excellent location, close to the beach, and is very convenient for paragliding and island hopping! It is all-inclusive, and you can eat from morning to night, and there are afternoon tea and midnight snacks, which is quite good. The swimming pool is also very large. If there is a disadvantage, it is mainly that the room facilities are average.

Don't come here. We paid hundreds of dollars for a two-hour late check-out. We called countless times to check out five minutes later. We asked someone to arrange for us to wait at the door. It was like a ***. My god, my hair was not washed. I'm not greedy and I have to stay for a few more hours. They said you should finish it in three minutes or you have to continue paying. I'm really convinced. I bought an all-inclusive package. The restaurants all cost money, but there are only discounts. There are no Asians in the self-service free restaurant, so there is no Asian taste. There is not even fried rice. The hotel room is very small. It's not worth the price at all. Are you kidding me... The front desk service is so bad that I really want to point at us and say Sure enough, there are reasons for so many bad reviews. They kept staring at us and speaking Korean. Obviously we were speaking Chinese. The discrimination was too obvious. The front desk boss with short hair glared at us and told us to leave quickly. Please, sister, I'm not trying to take advantage of you. It's our problem that it's a little late, but I've never seen people who are like this five minutes late. Ok, we are writing this bad review at the door now. It's unnecessary. We can't even enter the door and are asked to leave the hotel immediately. I really want to curse🤬

The hotel is in a good location, with a large yard and parking space suitable for self-driving. But the hotel facilities are too poor. The room is only 100 yuan for a night. Fethiye is very hot in summer. The hotel rooms do not have central air conditioning. The rooms only have one room card, and they also have to take electricity into consideration, which also means that the air conditioning must be turned off and the power must be turned off when going out. After returning, the air conditioning must be turned on for at least an hour to cool down, because the air conditioning here has been used for at least 10 years and is too old. The hotel is very stingy with fabrics. There are no quilts in the room. Only sheets with the thickness of bath towels are given to guests. If you don't turn off the air conditioning before going to bed, you will catch a cold in the middle of the night. This hotel does not consider the feelings and health of guests at all in order to save electricity. It is impossible to provide only spare parts.

The food is good and it is close to the beach. The facilities are old

I think it is a serious and positive alternative that should be considered.

We stayed for two nights, the first night in the building where the front desk is located. The second night was temporarily added by us. The original room was gone, and then we were transferred to the second district across the road from the front desk. Equipment and room, the second district is good. Our family prefers a room in the second arrondissement for the second night. If you are going paragliding and island hopping, the location of this hotel is the best, and the beach is right outside. Island hopping and paragliding are only a few minutes away. This hotel is still better, that is, all-inclusive. Three meals and afternoon tea are included in the room rate. The food is ok, but the drinks are not. But we only like to drink tea and water. Beer is also free. When you check in, the front desk will bring you a bracelet. With this bracelet, you can eat and drink as you like in the hotel. The watermelon fruit is quite delicious. I think it is quite convenient and saves you from having to look for food. Anyway, I feel that I don't like Turkish food very much. Island hopping is quite tiring, so I just wear a swimsuit and walk for a few minutes to the hotel to rest, which saves a lot of energy. A walk on the beach after dinner is also nice. We are three meals a day, about 3,000 RMB per night.

The facilities are very complete

I am still at this hotel as I write this review, the hotel is fabulous , when I arrived I didn’t realise the complex was over 2 sites across a small road. One site has rooms numbers 400 upwards I believe and a small adult only pool with a bar, the other site has the bigger pool, this is where all the pool games etc happen , a few bars, restaurant, roof top restaurant, entertainment etc and direct access to the beach which is lined with bars restaurants cafes and shops , all you could want really. The plaza bar which over looks the beach is amazing, all the staff at the hotel are incredible so friendly and attentive , the entertainment team are great fun and do a great job, There is a spa and hairdressers onsite . The food is excellent both in the restaurant and at the poolside bar. The rooms are comfortable , bed very comfy and mini fridge , 2ltrs of water replenished daily and daily maid service. My husband did the paragliding and loved it he booked it with the people to the left of the gate onto the beach affilated to the hotel they were 1st class. It cost £100 but worth every penny as included insurance photos and videos. The weather is amazing and we are having the best time would defiantly return.

First time ever to Turkey, we did have nearly a 2 hour delay on leaving the UK which made our arrival time 2:30am, we had a taxi to the hotel so didn’t take as long as the transfer coach, upon arrival we were greeted and shown to our room (in the annex) and helped with our luggage, as we arrived in the dark we couldn’t see the view from the balcony, we decided we were past sleep so unpacked, room was fine, air conditioning good, decent hairdryer and more modern than shown in pictures although bathroom was dated which did not put us off however in the light the view from the balcony wasn’t very nice overlooking staff quarters and wall (room 281) I was going to mention it but as we had already unpacked we couldn’t be bothered to move rooms , don’t spend a lot of time on balcony anyway, positives it was quiet and more private. Although if I had known when we booked with TUI we could have paid extra for a nicer view I would have done, request for a double room and a higher floor was met by hotel as only twin rooms left when I booked. Location great, beautiful beach (with sunbeds for guests of hotel included) and surroundings, everything clean and well kept, beautiful gardens. Food was lovely the Chinese, the pick your own ingredients for a stir fry, Indian, Italian, Mexican and Sunday Carvery plus the desserts however was a little repetitive but so nice, not a problem the only thing with the breakfast no bacon or sausage for an English breakfast not that I want to eat that every day but a few mornings would have been nice, plenty of other options omelettes made fresh again pick what you want in it, and the usual continental options. Lunch lovely jacket potatoes, salads and full meals if you wanted them and nice snacks from snack bar. The Entertainment Team absolutely fab gave us plenty of laughs, Air with his banter and Noah teaching me the Turkish Dance, evening entertainment was lively and daytime entertainment you could take it or leave it didn’t feel pressured to join in, the only thing with the evening entertainment it was the same songs every night I love Motown but not the same songs repeated. The other thing that let’s it down a little and this is no reflection on the hotel, is people that return year after year thinking they own the place and acting so entitled (for sunbeds ) all the staff work very hard and never noticed them showing regular guests preferential treatment over other guests, did meet some lovely fellow holiday makers just a small minority that let it down but it did not spoil our holiday and we would return just maybe not every year. All in all we had a fantastic time all the staff are friendly and pool service drinks lovely. The Savanna Spa absolutely amazing too had the Gold package and felt like I was floating so relaxing, there was plenty of other activities like paragliding, parasailing, water park, pirate boat trips and lots of other excursions and cable cars but we had just gone to relax and we did Seahorse Beach w

Stayed with TUI 10 days all-inclusive during kids october half term. We caught the paragliders and base jumpers air games, which was a treat as they put on a show for the week with fireworks each evening and a display. Hotel Location is great, right on the beach with hotel section of free loungers for guests. Beach is pebbled, so swim shoes recommend but not necessary. The water is crystal clear, and theres many little fish you can see without suba. Food is very good with a wide range of choices and service is excellent. I was surprised they did a Sunday roast as we gladly eat local cuisine while we are away, but it was very tasty!... they beat my yorkshires, and I'm from Yorkshire. There were always new things to try and all inclusive from 7.30am - midnight so you're never hungry or absent a snack. The hotel is spotless, as are the pools. The staff clearly work really hard to ensure your comfort. There's a small gym, free to use pool tables, table tennis and football table. Our rooms were in the annexe over a small walkway from the main hotel. There is another quiet pool by the annexe with its own poolbar also included. It's not far but far enough to be sure you aren't disturbed if you're a light sleeper. We preferred being there, to be honest. The rooms are basic with bed, tea/coffee, ensuite bathroom, small balconies or terrance and fridge but well maintained and very clean. Bedding, towels, pillows, and sheets were spotless and changed frequently. The gardens are lovely with extra loungers if you prefer a quiet spot away from the pools by the orange trees. Although the hotel is on the beach and right by the shops, bars and restaurants, everything is quiet and closed by midnight which is perfect for us. If you want to party, go to marmaris but come here if you want to relax, see some sights and enjoy the sea and sunshine. Staff really do make this place the best. They are always quick to serve and make your holiday as restful as it can be. The chefs are amazing! The attention to detail to the food really is fabulous, this even includes fresh baked pizzas and bread from the wood oven. The Only thing small i would say would improve the hotel experience would be to make all inclusive a true all inclusive and include all cocktails, id pay more for this in my holiday price but begrudge getting here to find some drinks are charged extra because if we come all inclusive we only bring a small amount of cash, using card for meals or trips out. All cocktails can be made from local liquors, so I'm not even asking for exports when I mention this and would bring the hotel on oar with many of our favourites.

I fail to understand or accept the negative reviews that some individual made on the 10th October His real name must be pinochio and his verbal abuse of hotel staff extremely rude and unwarranted. Excellent location right by beach with crystal clear waters and fantastic views,main strip with many shops,restaurants etc only 2 minutes walk. The hotel is situated in spacious grounds,apart from pool area there are ample comfortable sunbeds in the gardens and on the beach.The rooms are very comfortable and cleaned daily all with adequate aircon fridge,TV,teamaking facilities, plenty of wardrobe space,the restaurant is spacious with inside or outside dining,the food served up at both lunch and evening is superb,soups,salads and sweets all excellent and a variety of main dishes Daily,Always fresh fish,pasta and pizza bar available, credit to the chefs.Waiter service either in the restaurant, Plaza bar or round the pool extremely good and always with a smile.Evening entertainment always varied with some great acts in the hotels own amphitheatre, the animation staff also worked tirelessly coaxing people to take part in activities, they failed miserably with me I'm afraid as I just wanted to chill for 2 weeks and they respected that.If you wanted to eat out for a change or celebration the Hangout restaurant is right next door where you receive a generous discount,the food and service is excellent and brilliant views over the sea.This is an extremely good hotel where all staff are committed to ensuring you have a good time.I can understand why people return year after year,this is a gem of a place,well done Becikez and staff.
