Loving this hotel. Room 135. Feeling very chilled. Food good (we’re half board). Pool bar food good. Soup AMAZING in main restaurant. Two things- promised two trips to Waterpark on booking - apparently closed. Pool is freezing, but my daughter not bothered. Staff - all lovely 💕

First time in turkey. Hotel really impressed me very clean , staff were welcoming and great with kids . Kenny bar manager and his staff were out of this world. Always looked after us and the kids . Always smiling and going above and beyond. Even for special occasions. We upgraded to half board and wasn't disappointed food was amazing. Rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bins emptied.had mini fridge in stocked up Daily. Walk in shower . The hotel grounds were maintained . Pool was lovely and clean just cold because coming to end of season. Kids loved it as had slides . Also had TUI reps on site and they were amazing with kids . Location was a 10 min walk to Hisarönü ***** . Oludeniz about 300 tL in a taxi . Highly recommended

Very good hotel but for us one or two things would have made it so much better. Pool was very cold. No bacon or sausage with breakfast, or decent croissants. Music round pool bit loud. Not much entertainment at all. Sunbeds mostly all reserved with towels before 8am, which is against rules but not implemented. Pool bar very good though.

This is the 4 th time we have been to this fantastic hotel.The staff here are first class and nothing is too much trouble.Loads of familiar faces like Umit and Umud at the pool bar who provide excellent service. A few new members of staff in particular Kenny,engin,Hassan and the hilarious Ali G are an excellent addition to this brilliant hotel. Food at the hotel is good and the half board upgrade provide excellent value for money. Sertac and Burak are 2 managers who work incredibly hard to make your stay here a good one and are always visible to address any issues you may have. The only negative is towards the entertainment team who play English rap music around the pool which contains offensive language when young children are in earshot....I am nearly 54 ,so maybe I would say that...!!! Already booked for next September,thank you Orka to you and your fabulous staff.

We’ve just got back from a 10 night holiday at this lovely hotel, and we enjoyed every second of it. Every staff member we came into contact with were pleasant and always happy to help. I’d particularly like to mention Engin, who was always so happy and cheerful and loved a laugh and a joke with everyone. The rooms were spacious and clean. One slight negative would be there seems to be some inconsistency with the cleaners. Our room was rarely swept though the people we travelled with, their room was hoovered almost daily. Other than that, I could not fault it. The mini fridge was a nice addition to the room. The Wi-Fi connection was the best I’ve had on a holiday. The quality of the food was a nice surprise. I always expect on holiday to have repetitive food, though every night we ate in there was something different. The selection of savoury and dessert options was incredible. We stayed in for 4 nights, where we had barbecued chicken, steak, meatballs, rice and chips etc and a lovely Sunday lunch. The breakfast options included pancakes, eggs, sausages and continental selections. The only thing I would have wished for would have been some sausage and bacon options. The pools were fab, we often stayed around the adult pool which was relaxing but there is also a kids pool with slides that plays music. We never had a problem with getting a plunger when we were there and we didn’t have to get up early to get one. The pool bar served delicious food and cocktails. The prices are on par with what you would pay in England- around £8 for a cocktail and a pizza was around £6-7. I did not mind paying this as the quality was just as good. We are already looking at returning for next year and hoping that we will see some of the same staff again next season. Keep up the good work everyone!
