After we drove to the address given by Ctrip, we found that it was a very scary wasteland. After we arrived at Green Pine, the hotel told us that there was no order from us, and when we did not provide our contact information, they directly contacted the owner of the inn house, and the two companies formed a partnership. Stop moving us somewhere else. We refused to go with them for safety reasons. Only then did Ctrip mention that the two companies were in a cooperative relationship. We were very angry. In the end, we stayed at Green Pine because there was no other place to stay around. The hotel asked us to pay again, and Ctrip also compensated us for the cost. However, the room itself was full of ants. We asked to change rooms. During this time, Green Pine refused to change rooms at first, but later agreed. The whole process lasted from 22:30 to 4 a.m., which made me mentally and physically exhausted and very uncomfortable. It is recommended that everyone avoid this kind of non-branded hotels in the future, it is completely fraudulent! !
