The mattress and pillows are terrible. The pillows are very soft and unsupportive. The mattress is extremely cheap. You can feel the uneven mattress springs even before you sleep on it. So you can't sleep well all night.

My stay was less appreciated than my previous. Room 103 has a strange type of switches (light, blinds and airco) that were very difficult to operate. I did not manage to get the airco working and in the late evening no support is available as reception is unstaffed. Therefore I did not sleep well (too hot).

C'est la troisième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel pour voyager en Suisse alémanique. Il est idéalement placé en face de la gare d'Olten (l'un des principaux nœuds ferroviaires du pays) ce qui est pratique pour facilement voyager en train dans les principales villes de Suisse allemande. Les prix des chambres sont tout à fait corrects, c'est bien moins cher que dans les grandes villes comme Zurich et Lucerne. Pour cette fois, j'ai pris une chambre "confort" avec climatisation à cause de la canicule. J'aurais sûrement payé plus du double pour la même chambre dans une grande ville principale.
