The setup in a rebuilt 19th century mansion originally built by a German noble family set in a large park with a small lake is fantastic, and the reconstruction has been done in a most laudible way. Also the kitchen is excellent and offers great food options at dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately this is not matched by the quality of service and management. Many staff members have only limited knowledge of English. The refrigerator in our apartment was not working. We complained 3 times and all of these were ignored. The manager at the reception refused to believe us. When we finally got her to come to our apartment so she couls see herself that the refrigerator was not functioning she remained unresponsive, and her promise to repair or replace the broken device was never fulfillled. Basically the manager did not care about her guests which is rather disappointing.

Struttura situata in posizione splendida.Costruzione centrale formata da antica villa con sale da pranzo ed alcune stanze.Bungalow in legno, con terrazzo ,esterni composti da camera da letto,soggiorno,bagno immersi nel verde e di fronte al laghetto.Tutto perfetto,Silenzio assoluto.Persnale gentilissimo,locali pulitissimi,colazione perfetta.Cena ottima con cucina tipica polacca.

I truly loved this hotel. The building is beautiful same as the garden. They also have one of the top restaurants in Poland. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. We ended up staying for an extra night. I would recommend this hotel

A great place with a restored palace which is a hotel and restaurant. A beautiful garden with a descent to the lake, many interesting nooks ... Beautiful at any time of the year .. There is nothing missing - a large parking lot with 2 charging stations for electric cars. A place for sitting and swimming, 2 jetties, bungalows for rent in the garden adequately spaced from each other. Phenomenal restaurant with many ingredients from the gardens of the facility. A room with a fireplace, many games and books. Romantic decor and adequate music in the background. Garden and lake view. Excellent wine selection. The rooms are spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Fast internet. Very friendly service. The only drawback is the cold water in the morning, but you can survive because the rest is excellent.

Lovely, modern hotel
Lovely new construction hotel where an old palace once stood. Very modern appointments and rooms. We prefer a bit more charm and historical reference but can see the appeal of this place. The food was great but dining room and common areas very stark. Nowhere to really relax or unwind which resulted in an early departure. The room with large windows was beautiful but definitely in need of proper bedside lamps. It was either overhead fixture or reading spots. No elevator or bell service so best to pack light. Very pretty grounds with the lake views.

Detale robią różnicę
Generalnie OK, choć patrząc na detale nie byłem zadowolony z pobytu. Brakuje gościnności, która jeszcze kilka lat temu była na wysokim poziomie. Serwis poprawny, ale nie bardzo dobry czy wybitny. W łazience ciemno, ewidentnie są problemy z wodą, pod prysznicem ciśnienie jest bardzo małe, momentami nie ma ciepłej wody, ponadto brak balsamu do ciała. Śniadania OK,
choć nieco rozczarowujące, brakuje wyróżników jak np. wiejski mazurski chleb, świeżo wyciskane soki czy mleko owsiane. Menu w restauracji krótkie, ale każdy wybierze coś dla siebie. Dania smaczne.

Place to relax, well communicated, exquisite food
Great place to be, with outstanding service, exquisite food and comfortable rooms. As for the winter time only pool is missing, but in other periods lake seems nice to take bath.
