Standard food without any fireworks, typical, neither positive nor negative, there is everything that should be on the table. The service in the restaurant is very young, not very experienced, but trying to please every customer. There are no amenities

Both the service and the hotel itself fully meet my travel expectations. I was greeted very nicely, all the hotel staff were available, smiling and gave the impression of being available and willing to help. The breakfast is very rich and varied and the dishes are very tasty. I definitely recommend!

A very good hotel clean a good selection at breakfast .rooms very clean comfy beds .Close to city centre the staff on reception were friendly my only complaint was that there was only one English channel on the TV with was bbc World news I would like at least 1 English speaking channel other than the news

Pani w czarnych włosach pracująca głównie na popołudnia bardzo miła. mam nadzieje, ze podwyżka stoi tuż za rogiem, wyróżnia sie profesjonalizmem o lata świetlne. reszta obsługi nie zrobila na mnie tak wielkiego wrazenia, jak (bodajże) Pani Karolina z baru. Pozdrawiam ciepło

Stałeś in this hotel for two night, wish we booked more as it was perfect. Superb comfort bed, zero noise or disturbance. Excellent location close to old town. Very good breakfast and restaurant. Most definitely will return and highly recommend.

Amazing hotel and staff. Last time we were in September 2020. And honest to say it's even better than it was. Reception very helpful. Breakfast are really good. There are a lot of fresh products even for kids. Bar is nice, staff is very polite and helpful.

I've been in Best Western Olsztyn several times, nice and cusy rooms, delicious breakfats, lunch and nice service :) Location i very atractive, close to the old town, park and citi center. Parking next to the hotel.
