Personeel is vriendelijk en de kamer met balkon is ruim. Maar... de kamer was niet goed schoon, zwarte vlekken in de lakens, het matras was heel oud, je voelt de veren, beide nachtenast van mn rug gehad, twee nachten geweest maar bedden worden niet opgemaakt en je krijgt geen schone handdoeken, ze zeggen dat het een tweepersoonsbed is maar het zijn twee smalle eenpersoonsbedden, in de douche voelde ik iets scherps, er lag glas in de douche waar ik dus met mn voeten op stapte, het balkon was zo vies dat je daar niet met blote voeten op gaat lopen, schimmels, uitslag van watervlekken en geen idee wat de overige vlekken waren, Olsberg zelf is aardig uitgestorven, sluit heel vroeg, op zondag is alles gesloten, kortom... wij gaan hier niet nog een keer naar toe

Een beetje gedateerd,maar proper. Er zijn enkele herstellingen nodig. Ontbijt ok.personeel heel vriendelijk Zwembad netjes,parking aan het hotel, democratische prijzen. Voor 2 nachten 104 euro betaald,daarvoor mag je niet klagen.

Leuk basic hotel, kamers zijn erg gehorig, in beide nachten waren mensen in de gang met elkaar in gesprek welke je woordelijk kon volgen. De naastgelegen kamer hadden kinderen die rond 5 uur gezellig in de weer waren. Uitgerust? Nee dacht het niet. Ontbijt was voldoende

Geen beloofd buffet. Geen verwarmd binnenzwembad vanwege lekkage zonder alternatief en gewoon niets zeggen he! Eten bestond uit schnitzels en schnitzels. Na 20.00 uur niets te doen. Als je alleen wilt slapen oké maar verder niets te beleven en saai. Parkeren is gratis alleen moet je dan wel aan de andere kant van de Ruhr zijn.

very outdated hotel, with very small bathroom. we were just the two of us. so in the bathroom also 2 sachets of shampoo. if you wanted more, you could buy sachets of shampoo at the counter. Bar only accepts cash, dinner could be in the room but was not very special, only buffet option which was not much. breakfast was not extensive but sufficient. you also had to pay for an extra towel, as well as for wifi, which also turned out to be very bad. during the day no opportunity to have coffee or the like. all in all a disappointment.
