Have previously stayed at the Pub finding it convenient, reasonably priced, security for late entry. Sparrows next door with access from The Pub, at times service varied. Food good most times and is visited by locals.

Very disappointing experience - not clean - lots of bugs/insects in the room - woke up with lots of insect bites - avoid this hotel it needs a refurb it used to be good but not any longer

I think the toilet in room 7 was broken. Is that normal? The poop kept coming back so I was a little embarrassed and couldn't ask. As mentioned in the reviews, the road noise is indeed noisy!
Other than that, there were no particular problems...

Staff, reception, good service Negatives: Cheap rooms don't have refrigerators, road side may be a bit noisy, but good value for money, Cebu Ketsuna etc.

Quite terrible. They gave new towels every day if you asked for them. And it's on the edge of the *****, so a little quieter. Aside from that, though, nothing good can be said.
There was a bug infestation. Tiny bugs climbing all over the walls. The toilet was in a disgusting state, looked like it had never been cleaned before and it was falling off its hinges. The shower had a curtain which had very questional stains on it. Absolutely filthy. No extra amenities, and TV barely worked, no smart capabilities. Had a couple of local channels and that's it.

The actual room does not match the photo
There are no facilities, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, drinking water, quilt.
There is a bar downstairs, facing the street, and it is very noisy at 1 and 2 o'clock in the evening.

If you are on a budget, this is certainly the place to be! I have stayed at this hotel a few times and really liked it. Ok, there is no swimming pool, but beach is just across the street, as there are many bars and restaurants at walking distance as well. Staff is friendly and roomsare basic and clean. A thank you to I think here name was Mica from the reception, since when I checked in the amenities where not as mentioned on the agoda website. But, after a short chat with Agoda, always settled.
