The pillows and bedding are comfortable. My daughter likes the free-flowing prepared coffee in the lobby, and the staff is really pleasant. The hotel is suitable for both leisure and business travel. The serving of breakfast is very decent, and the food in Velvel Cafe is really good.

The counter staff is patient and will assist in calling a taxi as Grab is not available in Subic.
The facilities are quite complete, suitable for family travel and close to Subic Bay

The staff had a good service attitude and were happy to help when we needed a car. The room was clean, it would be better if shower gel (not soap) and facial tissue (not just toilet paper) were provided!

Booked the hotel for the Subic International Marathon 2025. Excellent location. Close to the event and plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes. The hotel breakfast is really good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and I love their ring light mirror in the bathroom. I didn’t get a chance to take a dip in the pool since I was exhausted from the half marathon.
