Ha sido una buena experiencia, ha superado mis expectativas, los sevicios, intalaciones, limpieza, atención. etcetera. En fin, en su conjunto ha sido muy bueno, me ha borrado el recuerdo de algunos balnearios en los hemos estado y carecian de este grado de pulcritud y servicios.

En general excelente. Deficiencias con otros hoteles de Cadtilla termal son
El circuito termal es i fervor al de Burgo de Osma
La persiana exterior de la habitación no tenía mecanismo de bajada
El servicio de comedor excelente pero la comida no acompaña a esa excelencia

Hotel ideal para pasar unos días de desconexión. Buenas instalaciones, zonas comunes amplias con grandes sofás y zona de descanso con conexión a internet. Habitacion y baño limpio y amplio. Lo mejor la piscina exterior con jardines para disfrutar con tumbonas y mucha mucha tranquilidad. Fuimos en pleno Julio y estuvimos muy tranquilos, como tiene que ser un buen balneario, donde la gente quiere relajarse y no aguantar ruidos y salpicones de los niños, para eso están los hoteles de 3* de Salou. Así que le doy un 10.

Llegamos por la mañana entorno a las 11.30, y nos dijeron que las habitaciones aún no estaban disponibles, algo normal. Y nos indicaron que si a las 15.00, no nos habían avisado antes por teléfono, sería porque las habitaciones ya estarian disponibles. Nos invitaron a realiar una visita por el pueblo, obviando indicarnos que el acceso al Piscina Termal era libre hasta las 13.00 para los alojados en el establecimiento, y que por la tarde era con reserva de hora. Volvimos sobre las 17.00, y las habitaciones, en contra de lo que nos habian dicho, nos las tuvieron que adjudicar sobre la marcha, y despues de cinco horas, nos dan unas habitaciones con unas fantasticas vistas a un tejado. Les reclamamos que nos las cambiran, y nos dieron unas, esta vez sí, con vistas a la piscina exterior. Teniamos reservado el Circuito Termal de 17.00 a 19.00, y con toda la historia de las Habitaciones, entramos con media hora de retraso, eso sí, a las 19.00, nos hicieron salir, que el aforo estaba completo. Nueva queja, y nos dejaron media horita más. Alguna que otra cosita desagradale y tambien agradable, pero en conclusion, bastante desastre de organización y atención. NOS ESTROPEARON DEL FIN DE SEMANA.

El hotel tiene espacios que nos gustaron mucho, como la zona termal y el patio de la cafetería. La comida estuvo bien. El personal agradable en su mayoria. Un par de detalles negativos nos llamarón la atención, el primero que una barandilla de la piscina termal (para entrar y salir de la misma) estuviera totalmente suelta con la inseguridad que supone. En los días que estuvimos siguió así, a pesar de que presenciamos como varios clientes, además de nosotros, se lo comentamos al personal.. al hacer el check out en recepción nos dijeron que volverían a avisar. Nos pareció dejadez en algo fundamental en cuanto a seguridad. El otro punto negativo es que el aire acondicionado de la habitación hacia tal ruido que era imposible tenerlo puesto ya que no nos permitía descansar.
