This time I stayed in the apartment. There is a kitchenette and three bedrooms. There is also a heater for winter. You can play in the snow by opening the balcony door. very good

Nous avons passé un week-end de rêve au Chalet RoyAlp: la chambre était très bien agencée et lumineuse, la literie était très confortable et que dire de la vue sur les Alpes vaudoises depuis notre terrasse. Tout était parfait, le spa où nous avons apprécié le « quiet time » de 19h à 21h, le restaurant le Grizzly et l’igloo dans lequel nous avons manger une excellente fondue moitié-moitié et surtout l’assiette de charcuterie qui était divine. Le service en général est d’un niveau très élevé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos échanges avec les membres du staff. Un grand merci particulièrement à Amine de la réception et Luiza du restaurant. J’espère y revenir dans le futur!

Es un hotel que yo considero uno de los mas lindos de Villars x su decoracion de montaña, las habitaciones y baños confortables. Muchas zonas para niños y adultos para divertirse. Luego todo lo que es servizio un verdadero desastre. Les falta servizio de calidad de 4/5 estrellas. Desayuno bueno pero para que te sirvan el cafe que te llega en gral cuando ya estas terminando. Los restaurantes la misma cosa. Poco servizio y no de calidad. Para no hablar el servicio de limpieza de las hab. Les falta personal , dejan los trapos sucios , no limpian los vasos no retiran los platos, no vienen casi nunca a prepara las hab. De noche. Y todavia me dicen nos diga en la recepcion lo que no va! No fui exactamente 4 veces en 9 dias y me voy antes porque esto no era antes el Royalp!

Séjour magnifique, tout y est pour se sentir comme des coqs en pâte. Locaux communs, spa, ski room, restaurant, tout est parfait. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. Le Buffet petit-déjeuner top . Un week-end de ski très satisfaisant.

Personnel au petit soin et diligent, excellent traitement par les masseuse. Facilité de réservation Cuisine également très bonne. Propreté impeccable des chambres et installations. Grande piscine. Nous y allons depuis 6 ans et sommes toujours heureux d'y retourner. A recommander

Une deuxième expérience mémorable et à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles ! Après une première visite l’année dernière qui avait été décevante, nous avons décidé de donner une seconde chance à cet établissement. Quelle belle décision ! Cette fois-ci, l’expérience a été tout simplement irréprochable et digne de son classement cinq étoiles. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par un personnel attentionné et professionnel, qui a su répondre à toutes nos attentes avec le sourire. Le service, tout au long de notre séjour, a été impeccable. Le spa et les massages proposés sont un véritable havre de détente. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité des soins, l’expertise des masseurs, ainsi que l’atmosphère apaisante et luxueuse du spa. Un grand merci à l’équipe pour avoir transformé cette seconde visite en un souvenir inoubliable. Cet hôtel est maintenant, à nos yeux, une véritable référence en matière d’excellence et de qualité. La honte! Nous avions réservé une table pour 6 personnes afin de fêter un anniversaire et voilà que moins de 24h avant on nous appelle pour dire que le restaurant est finalement fermé à midi et qu’ils ne pourront pas nous recevoir!!! C’est absolument inadmissible et indigne d’un hôtel qui se veut 5 étoiles! De plus, c’est le pauvre réceptionniste qui n’avait pas du tout l’air sûr de lui qui avait été chargé de cette mission.. à nouveau une honte! Plus jamais nous n’irons dans cet établissement et le déconseillerons à tous nos contacts.
