Un moment hors du temps ou la qualité du service est omniprésente, service 5 étoiles sans hésiter ! Les coktails du bar sont à tomber y compris la fondue du grizzly la meilleure de la station ! Tout le personnel est aux petits soins des clients avec le sourire, nous avons également profiter des soins du spa, nous avons été comblés par les praticiens qui ont pu nous faire voyager en toute relaxation. Merci vraiment pour tout, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passé (à nouveau) un superbe weekend dans cet établissement. Tout est parfait, le personnel est dédié et à l’écoute. Dommage qu’il y ait beaucoup (trop!) de monde durant la saison d’hiver. Nous reviendrons mais hors saison pour pouvoir pleinement profiter du cadre et de l’accueil qui est très attentionné!

Les chambres sont spacieuses, le personnel est dévoué, je recommande grandement. Nous avons testé plusieurs fois cet établissement et à chaque fois, l'expérience reste de haut vol. Le personnel nous avait reconnu et vice vera, signe de stabilité de l'équipe. Nous nous réjouissons d'y retourner bientôt!

The hotel is in a great spot, the hotel is really well maintained and the hotel staff were very helpful. The bar menu was just right, and the quality was excellent. The daily Kids Club was very well lead, we were very confident leaving our children there and they had a wonderful time!
