This hotel is special. Their staff is fantastic- Gabriela, Eddie, Manuel made us feel right at home. The family really enjoyed the process of getting in the capsule and the ferrata the next day. The food was excellent, we had the 2 plates of pasta. I would recommend-- more towels for the capsule, and a floor towel. Some towel and coat hangers. Would leave drinking water in the room to avoid carrying the extra weight back and forth. A squeegee for the windows would have been nice to have.

I am not a fan of heights, but this was a bucket list item for me, so it was a must-do when my partner and I began planning our trip to Peru. My biggest regret is that we only stayed one night. From the minute we arrived we were blown away. We were awestruck by the view. That feeling carried over to the service, food, friendliness of the staff and the accommodations. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, have a lot of amenities and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We slept so well that night. We opted to hike the via ferrata and did a half day tour with a guide, which we also highly recommend. This was one of the highlights of our trip and one of my favorite experiences of all my travels.

AMAZING! And 5 Star Customer Service
There was a miscommunication on my reservation and what ********** gave me and my cousin and I showed up to the property with single room booked! The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... They were absolutely nothing but kind, caring, and very accommodating!
The rooms have a bit of a walk, or some of them you repel into - and it can be a bit treacherous at night. The staff walked us to and from to ensure our safety and showed us the property and amazing views of the sky and Ollantaytambo. I can't want to come back again!

Beautiful and unique stay in Ollantaytambo! The views from this property are stunning and it was an amazing experience to sleep under the stars! Eddy was in communication with us prior to our stay and helped arrange transportation to and from the property. The staff was amazing and knowledgeable about Sacred Valley and taught us so much about the history of the area. We had our two daughters with us and they loved the unique experience! Alll of the food was great and they had vegetarian options for us. I would highly recommend staying at Vertical Sky for an adventurous and unforgettable experience!

I had high expectations, yet it was better than I expected! It will be one of the coolest experiences you will ever have! Super professional and kind staff, clean, modern, place. They tough of everything. The food and drinks are amazing. Tried alpaca for the first time and loved it. The hot tub with a view was incredible! I think you should do it if you are debating. Just do it!!! :)

Unique experience! Very comfortable capsule, great bed and incredible view. Extremely attentive staff from start to finish. Complete hotel structure and totally safe for moving between common areas and capsules, always accompanied by a guide. We did the rappelling + suspension bridge + zip line tour and it undoubtedly exceeded our expectations.

Excellent service at the restaurant. I loved the food and especially the service. The staff was very helpful and explained everything. The view was spectacular, truly the best view in the valley. 100/10. I'll be back for a night. Everything was excellent.
