O hotel é um charme! Foi uma grata surpresa! A nossa estadia foi perfeita! Cama maravilhosa, chuveiro ótimo, o melhor café da manhã que tomamos em todos os dias que ficamos no Peru, especialmente o café como tomamos no Brasil e não uma água quente com gosto que lembra café. Funcionários gentis e educados, localização perfeita! E a vista do quarto é a cereja do bolo! Coisa mais linda do mundo! Quando fizemos a reserva fiquei um pouco na duvida pelo banheiro parecer ser um pouco mais antigo mas isso não atrapalhou em nada, tudo estava funcionando perfeitamente! Recomendo e voltaria mil vezes!

O que posso dizer de um hotel que NÃO põe tapete no banheiro!! Apesar de, desde o 1o dia fazer essa solicitação! As pessoas da recepção, te olha como estivesse te fazendo um favor! Total falta de gentileza e atenção com os hóspedes. Sem falar q de manhã, frio, vai tomar banho e NÃO tem água quente!!

This was an absolutely wonderful stay. The views are unbelievable. The staff is attentive and kind. It is a super convenient plave to stay for your sacred valley tour or to catch the train to Macchu Picchu. Do not miss your chance to stay here, you'll absolutely love it.

Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Ollantaytambo. It was a beautiful oasis from the busier parts of town. A quick 5-10 minute walk to town, and right next to the train station which made it super easy. The gardens are beautiful and pleasant to walk through, the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only feedback would be to address some of the mildew starting in the grout of the bathroom tile. It stuffed my husband up a bit.
