Located in the center of Ouyantai town, it is quiet and close to the town's Plaza de Armas. It is worth staying for a night for backpackers. Several surrounding attractions can be reached on foot. Good value for money.

Location and service is good. The wifi is a little slow but works fine in the canteen area. There’s a place to park your car in front of the hotel. No money exchange service at the counter. I recall having some trouble with getting the right temperature for the shower, might have to take some time for the water to get warm enough. Overall I enjoy the stay and would consider coming back.

No te guíes mucho de las fotos, el hotel está en un pasaje algo descuidado, lleno de autos viejos y sin una buena calzada. Está algo metido, pero cuando llegas es agradable a la vista. Si vienes en una van grande, no entra. Habitaciones básicas y cómodas. Debes subir a la terraza para ver Ollantaytambo, no lo verás desde todas las habitaciones. Ojo que la terraza es también lavandería.

Suerte haber encontrado este bonito y céntrico hotel. Tiene unas vistas increíbles, es muy limpio, ofrece rico desayuno, son muy amables, agua caliente en todo momento, cambio de toallas seguido, tranquilidad y seguridad. La pasamos excelente.

Despite the hotel’s location, which is just a bit off the main road in town and that is currently unpaved. the hotel was a haven to return to at the end of the day. Our room was as described and was clean and orderly. The water pressure and hot water that was available in our shower was great which is an added bonus in Peru. We were provided with soap and shampoo. We were able to store our luggage which was placed in a locked and orderly closet. They provided a to-go breakfast for us on the day we went to Macchu Picchu that consisted of fresh fruit, a juice box, soda crackers and a Peruvian version of a granola bar. Very thoughtful. We were able to enjoy their breakfast the next day which was very nice: coffee/hot tea, juice, bread, fruit, yoga, Peruvian cereal, eggs and butter/jam. The entire staff was very nice and welcoming and really did their best to assist us in all ways.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed the most comfortable 3-night stay at Inka’s Haven. Our room was basic but very clean, spacious and well designed, bed was very comfortable and the blankets kept us cozy and warm even when the night temperatures plummeted. Shower provided hot water and good pressure to clean up after a day of exploring. The hotel is well located near the main plaza and within minutes from all the tourists attractions in town. We found Inka’s Haven to be a great value and highly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed in Inka's Haven for 1 night in May 2024. We would have liked to stay longer but the hotel was fully booked the following night. It is an attractive hotel, simple but comfortable. There is construction going on around the hotel and you have to walk a ways down a dirt road to reach the building, but it's not a major problem.
