Ok
Nunca tem ninguém na recepção, toda vez que precisamos, tivemos que ligar. Nossa janela que dava para a rua estava trincada. Tinha cabelo embaixo da roupa de cama e não tinha aquecedor no quarto. Café da manhã ok, para quem tem intolerância alimentar é um pouco difícil.
Ponto positivo: chuveiro bom, com boa pressão e água quente.
Para uma noite, ok.

the room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, all of the staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was the best ive had at any of the hotels on my trip so far. Its close to all the inca sites and the main street in town, and close to the train station as well, but far enough away where it is still quiet and easy to sleep! 10/10 wpuld stay here again

Experiência horrível. Hotel em pessimas condições, banheiro sem tapete e molhando o chao todo, toalhas rasgadas, cobertor sujo, sem aquecedor, sem amenities, café da manhã muito ruim. Não recomendo.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Very close to the Plaza, market and ruins, just off the main roads. Quiet and little traffic outside, except for the vivid river. Unfortunately the host we met only speaks Spanish, but was friendly and helpful.
