Unprofessional dinner service, food for a 4 star hotel left a lot to be desired. Staff could be friendlier and adopt a more professional attitude around the hotel.

You might have read this in other reviews and it's true. The hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. The rooms were pretty small and the Spa (also Spa cap) is not included. I found the hotel breakfast quite good and it had great fresh fruits. The shower and toilet is clean, but small. The matress is hard and high-quality. The money for value ratio is okay, but not great. I liked that its possible to walk to Porto within 20min.

Nice hotel, clean and 20 minutes from the center.
Small downside: access to the indoor swimming pool for a fee and in the morning at breakfast time the background music is too loud despite my request to turn down the sound.
