The staff was exceptionally helpful and the hotel was very clean. The building looks a bit plain from the outside and might be off-putting but the rooms were recently renovated and we had no issues with our one night stay.

Quiet hotel newly updated. Great cooked breakfast! We would stay again when back in the area. Comfy beds! The restaurant where breakfast was served offered other meals we did not arrive in time to try. The ice machine has a water dispenser that made it easy to fill our cups up with filtered water. Front desk attendant was friendly.

The lobby and common area was very nice and tidy but the actual room that was provided was NOT up to parr. You could smell that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. The carpet was stained and smelled like mold. The biggest issue was the stains, hair and wood chips on the bed sheets and mattress. We attempted to switch rooms three times because of the lack of cleanliness of the rooms. We attempted to clean the restroom and beds ourselves but it did not do any justice. Ultimately we ended up checking out and going to another hotel. On the bright side of things Sonny in guest service was a pleasure. He was very helpful, pleasant, patient and willing to assist immediately. He tried his best to accommodate us but the issues were out of his control. He deserves recognition for his five star hospitality.

Whispering Woods is a great place to stay! They don't advertise as an expensive, upscale hotel, and they are not. But ... they offer comfortable rooms at a great price! The restaurant is open when it should be - free breakfast, and open for lunch and dinner. The staff is very friendly and helpful - from the front desk to the restaurant to the housecleaners. If you have problems, the staff responds immediately with assistance. Definitely recommend!!

The inside seems nicer than the outside. We made our choice based on the pool and even though we asked at check in if it was open, it was locked when we arrived moments later. The following day the pool opened 1 hr before checkout which was inconvenient. We were not able to swim at all. Rooms were a bit inconvenient to walk to from the elevators.

Very nice quiet and comfortable stay. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Check in/out was a breeze. The free breakfast was a plus and exceeded my expectations. Room service was on the ball!
The negative to report is we would've loved to have two chairs instead of one because of my wife and I's handicap we relax better in a comfortable chair than lying in bed.

Floors in the room hallway were super slippery like they used pledge on the hard floor. outside cones denoted tripping hazards. No guides or anything inside rooms. It was quiet which was good. Room was clean and in good older condition

I will never stay there again because the hot water wasn’t working good had bugs flying in the room like nets I’ll say stains on chairs the hallways was all ways hot didn’t know way but I want stay there again and ohh the front desk guy when I was checking in he keep on giving me hard time over and over I was just having a bad night that night but it’s over now thank god I’m safe and out peaceful
