Quick stay, got there 10pm left 7am, easy to get to room using Hilton app, clean room, breakfast was best I’ve had at Home2, use to be microwave plant sausage and eggs. make your biscuits with eggs, sausage, ham, Turkey sausage and chicken. Great stay

Horrible breakfast, big rooms but bleach-stained and other stains carpet. The sofa needs to be replaced because it's very loud when you sit on it. Our family in other rooms experienced the same thing. The tv in our sofa area had bad lines in it. Obviously, it needs to be replaced. I alerted the manager on duty, but who knows if they will do anything about it. The worst part was the breakfast. Stale Raisin Bran and the food was the worst I've had at a hotel. I won't stay here again.

We checked in and went to the room. The room was absolutely disgusting! It smelled like urine and was nasty! I asked to be moved and they told me there was no rooms. I immediately checked out and went to another hotel. Horrible!

Our microwave was broken. The pool heater didn't work. The waffle maker was broken but it just looked like it needed to be cleaned and staff didn't want to clean it. The oatmeal was not placed out at breakfast. Attendants were not quick to refill the items. They were not filing the fridge with chocolate milk, just white but they had chocolate bc I had to ask for it and she gave it to me. We had really noisy neighbors that played Hispanic music loud all night. We needed a cot and they didn't have one for us. We didn't hand linens for the pullout couch and had to go get them. She wouldn't give us 2 blankets only 1. The breakfast staff was rude and I overheard one day to another that they wanted to quit.
The facility was nice , it just is not being kept up by staff well at all. I paid a lot for this room and was disappointed.

Room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom could use a ventilation fan especially if you like hot showers.

The carpet in the room was gross. There was almost no water pressure in the shower and it was gross as well (but the water was hot at least). The motorized window coverings didn't work well and the light switches and thermostat didn't work. The AC/Heater unit sounded like it was about to fall apart. The bar below our room was noisy until they closed at 3AM. Almost everything in the breakfast area was broke.
The staff was friendly, which is pretty much all I can say other than the room itself was a decent size.

The location of this hotel was great. Fast food and restaurants are close. Same plaza has a grocery store and less than a half mile down the road is a Walmart. The customer service was good, not much interaction since I did everything on the app. This hotel does need to be maintained. There were multiple items broken or not working in the room. The arm on the chair was broken. Alarm clock didn't work. TV stand was broken. Water spot in front of the sink on the floor. The shower handle was backwards for the hot water. Turning it to hot make it luke warmish. If the handle goes past cold, it makes it hot. Pictures to come.
