Hotel totalmente diferente do que anunciado, no qual as fotos são de quartos novos e quando você entra o mesmo possui os móveis totalmente desgastados, banheiro estava com manchas em todos os lugares e o cheiro de mofo no quarto! O ar condicionado parou de funcionar

Espaces communs acceptables, sans plus. Chambres minuscules (vraiment minuscules) et qui ont un urgent besoin de rénovations. Et mal entretenues: anpoules manquantes dans les lampes,etc. Salles de bain en dessous des standars acceptables. Personnel ok, sans plus. Aucun membre du personnel qui dise un mot d'anglais. Non recommandé, même aux standards du Brésil..

The rooms are false advertising!!!! Room with rusting refrigerator, old furniture, decadent bathroom! The inn from the outside is beautiful, it maintains the old style and is well maintained, but unfortunately the rooms are not. The only positive thing about this inn is Dona Maria's tapioca for breakfast, divine.

Room 501: strong musty smell, full of dust, damp, peeling and dirty walls. Smart TV that does not work in television function (squeaking with poor connection). A waste. For those with respiratory problems, it's a cold. Very weak breakfast. Serving just one cake and still alone. I'm not even going to talk about the bathroom. 😢 Horrible experience! I don't recommend it and I won't be back!

Ficamos vários dias na pousada. O Atendimeno e espaço é Ok, porém os quartos antigos como 209, 214, nestaS numerações, precisam urgentemente de uma reforma. Banheiros super sujos, sem limpeza na parte do chuveiro, parece que não esfregam a anos, lixo do banheiro com tampa quebrada, as portas do banheiro não fecham direito. As Camas estavam afundando no meio e na lateral. O quarto não tinha cabides para pendurar a roupa. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, com outras opções, todo dia tinha batata doce e outro item que ninguém comia, e também teve um dia que o Danone estava azedo.
