入住ozen是因為隔一天要上飛機而選擇的一個“中轉”酒店。入住的第一天就下大雨，管家一個人要服務幾組人，所以，我們的briefing是在房間裏等了很久才開始的。（不是一組客人一個管家的？），到了第二天，逛了早餐的地方，個人認為食物選擇不多，自己點了一份炒麵（真難吃），另外我們去喝soya milk時發現，流下的不衹是白白的soya milk還隨着幾隻死了的螞蟻🐜，我真是有點嚇一跳。至於工作人員，我個人認為他們貌似工作很辛苦，很少有笑臉，包括我們去的免費浮潛活動，都有不好的體驗。總體來看，設施環境都很美，食物遊玩就中下，員工態度中等。放一些美麗的照片吧

The experience at Guraidhoo island was really amazing. The island is local, so you have to take in count that it will not be residences and staff like this. This hotel is really pretty, clean and familiar. The food is really good. The staff is absolutely the best; all the people there is so kind and helpfull. I stayed here for more or less one week and every day we went to another trip/excursion. My favourite excursion was the shark excursion, but also the others (we saw the coral reef, the turtles, the dolphins, we went fishing…) were so spectacular. During all the trips the staff will make for you the lunch, that can take on: fresh fruits (orange, coconut, watermelon) some rice, salads etc. One day after an excursion they took us (like always) in another island or it could be a sand board and cooked for us a typical maldivian lunch. So delicious! The staff really take care about every details. You can see in their eyes the real kindness! After my holiday I can say, that the magnificent landscape and the wonderful animals take a back seat. I will always carry with me the memory of the caring and heartfelt people I left on this island.

Family room, one double bed, one single bed, suitable for a family of three, to meet basic needs. American breakfast, I didn’t have much hope, but it exceeded my imagination and it was worth the money. The boss does not speak Chinese, but there is WeChat isseywhite1, you can consult him in English for transportation, island jumping, and reservation. We are on the island for activities and transportation. The city is set by us, and the sea fishing is good. We fished three times and we all caught the biggest fish in our history. However, 7 kg of fish, local practices, personally feel. . . . The picture is the boss's WeChat circle of friends, the fish we fished (not the biggest, but the one that tastes good, the second time, the $100 charter, up to six), and the other picture is also the boss's circle of friends. Is a holiday hotel that can jump to the island

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel which was enough as my first impression of the room was not what it looked liked online. It was very dated. The storage cabinets had broken off bits of wood and no flowers, fruit or towels wrapped up on bed as picture shows on their website of bed. The bathroom smelt upon arrival with the toilet blocking up twice. Yes I put toilet paper in the toilet first time then was told not to put toilet paper in toilet so didn’t after that but stilled blocked again. The lavender smelling sachet in bathroom was empty on arrival. Bed was hard. Lightbulb above mirror was blown in room. Room safe had key but numbers didn’t work. TV didn’t work. No signal. Reception was presented well. The breakfast was not great. Not much choice and all foods were cold. No heating of baked beans or sausages. The woman in the dining room was rude twice. Could have been more polite and friendly. I only had breakfast twice and it was very little. I could hear the staff out the back in the kitchen clearing their throat very loudly as if going to spit. I also heard this upstairs a few times by staff. I thought was disgusting. The stairs had broken wood and weren’t the safest. The guy who got my baggage when I arrived and also took it to the boat was the Hotels best asset. He was lovely and always had a smile. He was very respectable. It is very noisy there at night so no sleep until midnight as set surrounded by bars and restaurants playing loud music. Garden setting is lovely. Beach is across the road. Though can’t swim there. This hotel needs a refurbishment. The best part was the shower. Good pressure from large shower head. I rate it 3/5 for my stay. Also wasn’t given more loo paper when room was cleaned in day 3. Only cleaned once. Wouldn’t stay again.

I would give it 5 stars, but I won’t. The reason? I booked a seaview room to enjoy evenings on the balcony. At the moment it is 11 pm and just bellow our balcony there is such a loud (also bad and repetitive) music that our windows are shaking. Actually there are 10 people dancing(see photo) and half of the island suffering because of this nonsense. We also have early flight in the morning so who knows when this is gonna end so we can go to sleep. This is definitely not a place if you came to Maldives to relax. Otherwise clean place, friendly staff and good for exploring surrounding islands on day trips.

As a newlywed couple, our honeymoon in the Maldives was an absolute dream, and it wouldn't have been the same without the exceptional service we received at Arena Beach Hotel. On the culinary front, Nipuna and Janith, the talented chefs at Arena Beach Hotel, took our dining experience to a whole new level. Their culinary creations were nothing short of exquisite, and each meal was a delightful journey of flavors. From delectable breakfasts to romantic dinners by the shore, Nipuna and Janith's culinary skills added an extra layer of magic to our honeymoon. The accommodations were luxurious, offering breathtaking views and all the comforts one could ask for. The pristine beaches and turquoise waters of the Maldives provided the perfect backdrop for romance and relaxation. Our gratitude goes out to all the staff at Arena Beach Hotel including Themiya, Ruwan, Nipuna, and Janith for their unwavering dedication to ensuring that our honeymoon was an unforgettable experience. Their contributions truly made a difference, and we are immensely thankful for their efforts. The room is more than enough for two people, especially the bathroom, which is very bright and spacious, with a reasonable layout so you can take a shower and soak up the sunshine. Open the terrace door and sit on the sofa in the room to see the beautiful sea view. You can snorkel by going down the steps from the terrace. The water is clear. There is a piece of coral under Room 136. There are colorful fish in it. It is also common to encounter sharks. The Maldivian people are kind and friendly, and are very service-minded. The best experience is that they use their actions to encourage everyone to explore the unknown world of the sea. In particular, our butler Fathih arranged our activities clearly. Every activity is clearly priced. Although water activities are expensive, they are definitely worth it! The best thing is that you can explore another island while staying here. 

Very good hotel, although the room is not big, the surrounding area is under construction (the island is under construction), but it does not affect our family's perfect six days on the island, because the beach and sea view of GULHI Island are so beautiful, dreamy Like Blue, the hotel also has a lot of day trips or half-day trips so you won't waste time in the room at all. It takes only two minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach. You will pass a very beautiful path and a football field. The room is cleaned every day. We all enter the room with bare feet for fear of bringing sand into the room and wasting the hard work of the waiters. Basically Every time you leave the room and go back to the room you will find that the room will be cleaned once. The food in the hotel is also very delicious. You can order from the buffet in the morning and evening. The food is as delicious as the scenery of the island. The waiters at the front desk and the restaurant waiters are always so enthusiastic and help you solve everything. Here, I would like to thank Francis for his warm hospitality from confirming the pick-up before check-in to check-in and making us feel at home. I believe their team will build their due brand ! Compared with the Dhiffushi island behind, our family prefers Gulhi.
