2 people at reception natalia and susan are the worst receptionist i’ve ever had. Both so rude, one tried to call the police as they made up we were going to punch her, when we where simply saying we didn’t want to check out at 5:30am when their policy is 8am?

We travelled as a family of 5, which included a 9, 12 and a 15 year old. We arrived in the evening and check in was very easy and quick. We were very pleased with our villa, it was huge, spotlessly clean and had great views. We opted for the bed & breakfast and the breakfast was lovely every day (full English/continental or pastries) we even had a lunch and an evening meal during our stay and the food was really nice. The staff at the bar/restaurant were lovely and really helpful. They told us of places to visit and best ways to get there. Do not bother with local taxis (2-3 times the price), we used Uber and as a family of 5 it was ridiculously cheap. We visited both the old town and knew the new town several times during the day and evenings and we also went to Vilamoura for the harbour one evening. The pool was very clean and there was plenty of sun beds however the pool was absolutely freezing but that’s because it was April, however that didn’t stop the children getting in! The transfer will only drop you at the end of the road but it’s well lit and is only a 5 min flat walk. Over all, it’s a lovely complex, in a great location, with lovely staff and facilities, would 100% recommend.

I traveled with a young child and the mezzanine wall at one point is only 79cm high. The drop below is over 25ft and there are no safety rails or barriers. The manhole cover in the children’s park kept coming off, due to damage to the casing underground, exposing wires. Some of the complex is not fenced off and there are sheer drops. All these hazards meant we had to constantly vigilant of the child. The nearby beaches are 1.4 miles, 1.8 miles and 1.9 miles and also involves a lot of hill walking. To get to the main road from the villas is 0.5 miles. This road has no pavement and uneven in parts. If you have transfers as part of your holiday package, you have to walk to the pick up point, on the main road where there is no shelter, because a coach cannot get down this road. The garage door to the villa was left wide open, allowing anyone to access the villa via an internal door. We were told this was due to the key of the villa next door which had been programmed to open ours, as we did not have a key. The bathroom and toilet have no privacy lock. The only person you can speak to regarding problems is the receptionist, the management are only contactable by email. Limited staff, badly managed 2* at best

It was a really nice property on a clean fresh site, there was a good cafe,bar, restaurant on sire that has food and drinks available all day and aclovely swimming pool. We did eat in the restaurant twice and the food and staff were both very good. We didnt use the pool as we were there in march and the weather wasn't warm enough. Thr apartment was clean and well equipped. X x

My husband,myself and 17 and 20 year old son stayed for 5 nights. The villa was absolutely stunning, the place is very clean with a beautiful pool. The staff were so friendly particularly the lady in the bar/restaurant The food is fabulous ate a few times there and all enjoyed every meal. Beds so comfy and only a nice short away from bars and restaurants. Also new town( but tbh it's a dump) however old town is lovely especially on Halloween night, wow the Portuguese put on an amazing night. Highly recommend these villas

Fantastic place to stay. All the staff were brilliant. Very nice and clean. Probably one of the nicest we have been too. We did use the bbq and had a nice evening used the bar and restaurant couple of times however we booked with easyjet and there was no mention of the 700mtr walk from where the coach dropped us of at 10.40pm. And the same walk back to be picked up at 5.50am. We were a party of four pensioners two of us with walking difficulties. But this should not reflect on the place itself as our stay there was fantastic.
