OMG where do we start, internet does not work, end of story despite their excuses, more than four rooms occupied no internet, reception is a waste of time, they cannot, will not do anything to make things easier, they threaten you with the police if you dare to argue with them, the hotel is a joke, they show you rooms with a sea view, however they do no tell you that these rooms are privately owned and the only room available to anyone who books looks out over scrubland or neighbours gardens, there are builders there who have been there forever renovating rooms on the ground floor, we travel a lot, In all honesty I have NEVER in all of my travels come acorss such an inept bunch of people in all of my life, this could be a lovely hotel with the right management or the right reception staff unfortunaltly you have neither, do this place a favour sell to a company that knows what they are doing, do you not read your trip advisor reports, you only reply to your positive reports which are 1 in about 20, get real and read the rest, they are sending you a message, you are crap, sell the place to someone who can use the location and stop being the pratts that you are, full on the 31st January? dream on. you are a joke suck it up and get real, pictures are of the damp in the room we were given, we were told use this room, leave or we will call the police.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Sérgio for his excellent service. The food was tasty, well-priced, and offered good variety. The pool and lounging area were beautiful, spotless, and never felt overcrowded, making it easy to relax. The location was perfect - just a two-minute walk to a lovely local beach, with stunning surroundings. Practical touches like free parking and affordable laundry facilities (only €4 per wash) made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience and great value for money. Highly recommend!

Das Hotel ist sehr günstig gelegen, bis zum Meer sind es nur 3 Minuten. Die gesamte Anlage inklusive der Zimmer ist sehr sauber! Zudem ist es nicht überlaufen oder voll. Es waren immer freie Liegen am Pool vorhanden. Unser Zimmer war renoviert und hatte eine riesige Dachterrasse mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick, privaten Liegen und einem Hängesessel. Die Betten waren äußerst bequem. Die kleine Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten Übernachtung und Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und absolut ausreichend - leere Schalen wurden zeitnah wieder aufgefüllt. Parken konnte man direkt in der Anlage. In der Anlage selbst sind Partys verboten, die Zimmer(Türen) sind jedoch sehr hellhörig und der Wind weht den ein oder anderen Ton von Albufeira herein.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location with excellent access to a beautiful beach. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily and this is reflected in the cleanliness of the whole site. Lovely stay lovely new memories made.
