A great experience. Highly recommend. We love the ping pong table for the exercise. All in all, worth coming back for winter holidays.

Fabulous hotel but kids make it like a zoo 3 pools only 1 adults can use but even that is shared with kids but kids get to use all 3 also breakfast chaotic with kids running around everywhere

Amazing Resort by the beach. Great amenities and fantastic view of the ocean. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Plenty of parking space. Apartment (bathroom in particular) needs renovation and upkeep in terms of cleanliness.

Never left a review before but future guests need to be made aware of what to expect of their “5 star” stay. The resort itself is very dated and had a nauseating, foul smell in the corridors so strong that I had to hold my breath going from my room to the elevator. Walls are paper thin so expect to hear the whole world outside of your room. The WiFi is absolutely atrocious, extremely unstable and unreliable. The resort was overrun with conferences everyday of our stay and there were constant herds of people causing traffic for other guests. These people were seemingly made priority by the resort. Restaurants on property were also very mid, with a 3.2 star rating from thousands of people you’d think they’d try to revamp their menus. Now the part that really grossed us out, our rooms. They were old and absolutely disgusting. The bathroom drain seemed to be covered in mold and dirt. Most upsetting, however, was finding two samosa sized roaches in the bathroom. One crawled across my hand, which resulted in us having to switch rooms around midnight during one of our final nights. We were paranoid going into our room from then on. The location itself has potential, but the hotel itself is a biohazard. This resort is a case of great advertising, horrific reality. I’ve traveled to about 20 countries, stayed in numerous hotels and never encountered this many issues and false advertising anywhere else. Please save your hard earned money and stay somewhere else!

They consistently go above and beyond to exceed expectations. Throughout our stay, we experienced this numerous times and genuinely felt seen and cared for. 5★ Grounds Having travelled extensively around the world, we can confidently say these grounds rank among the top three most beautiful we have experienced. The property is expansive and immaculately maintained, with lush greenery creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere throughout. 5★ Spa & Fitness The spa is exceptional. The large, dynamic seawater hydrotherapy pool is one of the most diverse and impressive we have encountered anywhere in the world—and we visit similar facilities regularly. The gym is also well-equipped with high-quality machines, and bookable sessions with skilled physiotherapists. Villa Apartments The villa apartments are somewhat dated, but this is reflected in your price. The hotel is clearly investing in upgrades, with currently ongoing renovations. Despite this, we appreciated a 2m by 2m king size bed, very clean rooms and the thoughtful touches that are often overlooked elsewhere: An excellent high-speed internet (suitable for streaming and gaming), full-length mirrors, and well-equipped kitchens complete with practical details like kitchen roll, sharp knives, and even a handheld blender.

Very beautiful hotel views and the room was very clean and big. The view from the room was fabulous on the sea. The staff are very friendly
