Amazing Resort by the beach. Great amenities and fantastic view of the ocean. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Plenty of parking space. Apartment (bathroom in particular) needs renovation and upkeep in terms of cleanliness.

The property is really very, very beautiful, the room is dated and the cleaning needs to be reviewed, the smell of humidity, and the damp sheets are not great, we arrived there was food in our fridge, we reported it and we were told that it was the cleaning lady who didn't think there were people there, so no check before arrival.

Had a really nice stay, was out with friends for a stag do, enjoyed the breakfast I had two plums and two ham sandwiches over two days, probably didn’t help doing a all nighter on the first night.

Séjour mitigé: les + : l'emplacement, les paysages à couper le souffle, les nombreux coins piscine, la grandeur des villas familles, le kids club (notre enfant de 4 ans a beaucoup aimé y passé une heure par jour. les -: les villas sont très vielles et mal entretenues (peintures, portes, isolations phoniques), les piscines surtout celle en face de notre villa est également mal entretenue (6 parasols tous cassés en tout, carrelage de la piscine cassé...), le fitness est très mal entretenu aussi mais surtout tout est HORS DE PRIX (même pour des Suisse): plus de 30 € pour des transats à la plage de l'hôtel, plus de 100€ pour 3 pizzas et un apéritif à la pizzeria, plus de 150€ pour un repas à 3 à l'Atlantico... En résumé l'hôtel pourrait être exceptionnel mais il faut pour ça l'entretenir, rénover les chambres, et baisser les prix!!

Zeer mooi complex, mooie verzorgde en grote kamers, vriendelijk personeel aan receptie. Toch zijn er wel gemiste kansen: Restaurant en dranken zijn duur, steakhouse menu kost 140 euro/pp!!! Vriendelijke ontvangst aan ontbijtruimte, je krijgt een tafel toegewezen. Maar goed want de ontbijtzaal is heel druk en luid door schreeuwende kinderen, je kan beter buiten eten (als er plaats is). Keuze van ontbijt is mooi en uitgebreid met heerlijk vers fruit. Ik heb de indruk dat er iets te weinig personeel is of dat er wat leiding ontbreekt in de Real bar en aan het zwembad. Tablet in de kamer is een pluspunt, mocht het ding werken naar behoren en de menu's beschikbaar zijn. Om buitenhuis te gaan eten heb je een auto nodig.

Infelizmente tem piorado a qualidade de serviço ao longo dos últimos 10 anos. Este ano tem sido bastante pior quando estamos no quarto e queremos ligar para a receção, room services ou reservas o telefone está sempre impedido seja de manhã ou de tarde já chegámos no dia 18/7 e TODOS os dias têm sido assim, se queremos algo temos de nos deslocar à rececao. INCONCEBÍVEL.

I arrived with a personal injury and was treated with the utmost respect and kindness from the entire team. Our apartment was fantastic, daytime pool / beach / kids activities couldn’t be faulted and the evening meal options we chose were superb. Excellent location and facilities - a place I WILL 100% return to! Thanks to everyone!
