Premier Inn Stratford-Upon-Avon Waterways

Really friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms and was most impressed when they offered to cook my gluten free breakfast separately rather than lifting from the buffet- well done premier inn!!!!

Lovely hotel in an amazing location. Dining room small and you have to book well in advance. Food average but lots of nice places to eat nearby. Very clean but shame the windows in the rooms don’t open! Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Roza who seemed to be there 24/7! We would go back, simply for location and friendly staff.

Our annual visit to Stratford beautiful hotel, just a few minutes walk to the town , we stayed on fourth floor and it was probably the best room we have stayed in🙌 The staff are friendly and welcoming Wish premier inn did a loyalty program because we have been using them for many years and clocked up a fair few stays,

Fantastic staff, very well organised and does exactly everything they promise from the adverts: very comfortable bed, highly efficient air con, exceptionally clean, and has hair dryer, hangers and blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep. We asked for extra towels both nights (no problem) and you could pick up refills of tea, coffee and milk from a table next to the vending machine which provided any snacks you might need. Very good value for money and only 5 minutes walk from the town itself - great location. All staff members were really helpful, including the older gentleman who was the maintenance man - he helped explain how the system worked for paying for car parking at the end of the stay. Super helpful - thank you team!

I stayed in a double room with an extra single for myself and two children. Perhaps the room could have been a little bigger but aside from that, everything was just how we wanted it. The price is reasonable for Stratford upon Avon, the breakfasts filling, the room clean, the staff friendly. Everything fine except perhaps the free WiFi was too slow for streaming videos and the parking wasn't free (£7 per night). I definitely recommend this place.
