This is a very quick message to express our appreciation and thanks for a great stay with yourselves over the past five nights. We emailed and was confirmed (by Eva) that a top floor Waterside view guaranteed. And. It was! We celebrated our 47:years together happily in SUA as planned but were most impressed with the inclusion of a card and chocolates! That really meant a lot and shows how thoughtful and generous your staff there go the extra mile to be that bit different to the norm- thank goodness! Goes without saying when we next visit Stafford then Waterways PI will be first port of call to book! Thanks again, guys!

Have stayed at this premier inn before. On this visit, the room although premier plus was not the best. Think we may have been spoilt on our previous visit. We stayed Sunday 16th February to 19th February 2025. No parking available on Tuesday 18th February. No where does it say on the blurb that it is first come first served. We were told in no uncertain terms we would have to park elsewhere! Do not advertise parking if it is not available. We now have to be up and moving by 8am Wednesday 19th to move our car. Have to say this has left a very sour taste and we will certainly consider ever staying here again due to the parking. The staff although not their fault were very matter of fact and being told if you book in at 8pm well that's it did not go down well. We had been out to dinner and needed to use the car and as advertised expected to be able to park on our return. Extremely disappointing and will certainly look elsewhere in the future.
