We booked the combined kayaking in mangroves and Cades reek snorkelling trip. It was such an enjoyable day out. Just the right amount of activity and interest with some really informative commentary from Andrew, who was our guide. Top tip - we booked the optional lunch which was absolutely delicious. Thank you to everyone who made this a really enjoyable trip.

We recently stopped at South Coast Horizons to ask to see one of their rooms as we were thinking of booking for our next visit to Antigua. The receptionist was very unhelpful and said they wouldn’t allow us to look at a room and we should at the pictures on the website. I explained that I wanted to get a feel for the place so see if it was right for us but this again was met with refusal. So we will be booking elsewhere and they have lost out on a potential of 3 week booking.

Terry was our guide for an island tour and he was great! One of the most knowledgeable guides we have had throughout all of our travels. He was such a good guide and fun and interesting to talk with. He shared many tips and details about the island. I feel like we really know Antigua! A true professional!!

The property location is great. You need a car. Around there are nice dining options and beaches. Property is relatively quiet though you can hear your neighbors very clearly. The host was communicative and attentive. However the bed was so soft and uncomfortable and there wasn’t hot water for us- we stayed at G3 but host mentioned that someone is coming to fix it today.

The excursion included a delightful snack or lunch, depending on our package, which was a nice touch. Lorenzo, our guide, made the experience even more special with his insightful tour of Antigua’s history and breathtaking sights. His passion and expertise brought the island's stories to life. Overall, South Coast Horizons provided a fantastic experience that combined adventure, safety, and a deep appreciation of Antigua. The Kayak and Scooba Diving were an amazing experience. Kevon and Captain Alex were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and took us through the mangroves on kayaks (fun). They then took us out to the reef snorkeling where they pointed out turtles, rays (of various varieties and sizes, some gigantic), and barracuda. It was astounding being so close to all these beautiful creatures. They were patient and careful, funny and informative. We were a small group and we really bonded over some tasty rum punch (fruit punch was also available). Altogether an unforgettable experience which we highly recommend.
