The Landings Inn and Cottages at Old Orchard Beach

The floor was sticky, needs new towels each day who was nice. Seven minutes walking distance to the beach safe area to walk if alone, Walgreens and shops were nearby that was convenient.

Sherry and Jj were great as well as the fantastic manager. Had a super time. Relaxed finally! Close to everything. Nothing says Maine lobster and we were next to Lobster claw . Everything was amazing and to be able to have our well behaved dogs too was great. The LeBlanc/phil clan

Awful. My brother & SIL & i stayed one night. Paid for 2 wouldn't refund 2nd night; NOT clean, shower drain caved in, TV finally operational ; broken arm (L) on uncomfortable POS couch; sheets backwards.

I stayed here 8/23 as a single. There were several issues all of which would eliminate this place from any future stay or recommendation: 1) Not any kind of cup in the room. No plastic, paper glass or other option. I believe this is the first place I have ever stayed with no way to drink or rinse. 2) No face towels. Just 2 bath which was ok as I was alone, bur very weird 3) Shower did not work. Water literally just dripped from the shower head so, I had to cup my hands and collect water in order to shower. 4) Coffee maker with no coffee nor coffee cups?? Why have it? The room was ok, no major issues but this place is definitely a never again for me. I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but this was really ridiculous. Find a better option!!!

Small and uncomfortable... We chose this location for the kitchenette. There were nice dishes and coffee cups, newer fry pans. No water glasses, no knives for slicing. Futon was hard and you could feel the springs. We had to sit on our bed pillows. Pool was green, no lounge chairs, only more hard plastic chairs. No view, you see the tops of buildings. They advertise close to the beach. No... floors were unclean, especially the bathroom... Bed was clean and OK... It really needs help Way overpriced for what you get.

The owners seemed really nice but that is the only good thing I can say. We knew that it was going to be small but we had no idea just how tiny it would be. There weren't any closets to hang clothes or even a hook on the wall somewhere. I had to put my hang up clothes behind the toilet hanging in the window. It was really gross to think about but there wasn't even a door to hang them over. There was literally only 3" from my knees to the wall. The couch was so old that we sat on the wood frame through the once cushioned seats. I have cancer and without a comfortable place to sit made for a really poor stay. The bed was comfortable (Thank God!) but that's not enough to make me want to stay again there! The table was broken and looked like someone didn't know what they were doing when it was put together. The pegs on the legs weren't even in the holes and I was next to the table when it started giving way and I almost fell to the floor. My bones are very brittle and if I would have fell it would have put me in the hospital. I already have 6 fractures in my back and I don't need more caused from cheap and poorly put together furniture. There weren't any handicap entrances. All the rooms had 4 over sized steps to get in and out of the rooms making it really difficult for getting in and out. There was only one handrail which I really needed both sides to get in and out of our room safely.
