Seabreeze Motel

*****BOOK ELSE WHERE***** Im going to try and make this quick...no promises though.. We had a 5 night stay booked ahead of time (booked here several times in the past) The fact weve spent thousands of dollars over time and to lose customers for good over $325 bucks and miscommunication is sad frankly when over 10 grand has been spent booking over the years atlest. To sum it up our room slept 6 people and we had to split the group up which were arriving on 2 different days, so 2 vehicles were needed. I arrived and asked front desk associate Emma if i could park and if spots were available for the 2 days left on our stay. She looked into our reservation and said yes thats no problem and made a note of it and put my vehicle info down etc etc. Well sure enough a few hours later we came back and my truck was indeed gone and tTOWED AWAY! Life goes on right, but they truly could careless about anyone or anything from front desk to managers (Betty) to owners ( if they were ever even notified). I mean atleast as a business owner get back to someone, a call, a text or email. Not a word back and i called back a few times and emailed again but not a peep. Her thought process was "i thought you wanted to park for 1hr only" Why would a guest staying for 2 more nights want to park for only 1hr.....? Beats me..she blamed the next guy and he blamed her blah blah. Just sad now a days business owners dont even care about their customers. Room is mis represented anyways. The a/c barely cools the living room and there is no a/c anywhere else in the "suite" The train is about 8 feet behind the building which flies by every couple hours so good luck sleeping. All that is fine as the location is ideal but so many better options out there its a no brainer especially after spending 1800 alone this trip and they cant even bother reaching back out as they said they would. Sad sad sad.

The rug was filthy. Dust on the hair dryer holder and hair dryer didnt work. Dust on the headboards. The desk agent came and took pictures of the floor but didnt offer a solution, either a dicount or to move us to a cleaner room.#$180+ fie a dirty room not very good

The bed was really comfortable, lots of food options within easy walking distance. I didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. 5min walk from the beach.
