Motel au centre-ville de OOB. Bien situé avec piscine. Le motel est propre mais il aurait besoin d’un peu d’amour et d’actualisation. Batisse défraichi ce qui peut laisser croire que c’est moins propre. Personnel courtois et disponible. Pour 1 nuit rapide à OOB cela fait le travail. Pour un plus long séjour je ne suis pas certaine.

service médiocre sur un séjour de 5 jours on a eu un ménage une seule fois pas de changement de serviette et de remplissage de papier de toilette on avait 5 chambres et on étaient plusieurs familles avec des enfants allant de 4 ans à 16 ans on s'entend que si les serviettes ne sont pas changer ca se peut qu'elles soient sale donc ils ont garder 2 1/2 dépôts ( 200 us ) sur 5 chambres donc 500 us pour nous faire dire que cest parce que les serviettes sont sale je ne recommande pas du tout beaucoup de commentaires négatif

Seabreeze motel and the people are Excellent. Leeanne, Heather and the entire staff made the our stay easy and pleasant. They know the area well and helped us explore much more than the beach. Though we went with a weekend booking, we ended up staying much more than that.

Our stay here was wonderful! My husband and i traveled with our boys, 9 & 11. The location is 1 block from the beach, the pier, the amusement park, restaurants & shops. The location was perfect! The room was ok. The balcony was a plus for hanging towels to dry. There were lots of closet space, which was nice for our beach gear when it wasn’t in use. The kitchenette was nice, esp with children. It had a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishes, silverware. The one thing the kitchen does desperately need, is either kitchen towels or paper towels. The separate bedroom was nice, except there was only AC is the general living area. However they do supply a box fan for the separate bedroom. We did utilize the pool and it was heated, clean and had plenty of seating. They also had outdoor picnic tables with several grills to use. We did not utilize but i thought that was a nice touch for a family friendly motel. Really the only complaints/negatives, was the bathroom really needs updating and counter space. There were also some other areas of the room that needed attention (mostly cosmetic). The separate bedroom needs AC. The pool area needs umbrellas or a shaded area of some sort & the kitchen needs towels of some sort. Other than that, it was a great room. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy. It was a great budget friendly way to enjoy Old Orchard Beach and we would go back for sure!

We had the best time at the Seabreeze Motel by the pier in Old Orchard Beach. We had the two bedroom with a kitchen and open area living/dining room. It was perfect with plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. It is a quick walk to the beach, even carrying all our “stuff”. I didn’t feel guilty about sand in the room because the floors are tiled. We used the heated pool later in the afternoon. Great fun. After dinner we walked to the candy store, had a fried Twinkie and walked down the Pier. Great Beach motel. I would stay here again. : )

I love everything about this place!! Fantastic and hardworking staff!! Leeanne is amazing, she takes such a great care of the property and guests!! Very clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms! Perfect location near OOB Pier!! I couldn’t be happier, and I highly recommend!! I will definitely come back!!

This place totally sucks they didn't ask me if I smoke inside or outside or if I smoked at all they said I can have a dog the TV does not work after you ask them three or four times to come and fix it I stayed there for one week it's totally awful they would not renew my room again I didn't do anything out of line I smoked outside my dog is very respectful his name is Goliath they knew he was there they saw him Amanda needs to be reprimanded so does Terry and Travis I really should ask my money back but I'm not that type so I hope they know and for all you people don't go there thank you have a blessed day!!!

We had a wonderful time here the manager Leeanne was wonderful. Front desk staff was the best. I would definitely come back. I recommended s few freinds to stay here and they enjoyed it too. Friendly staff all around and ypou can see them updating the property to offer great accommodation to their guest. We will be back!!!!

Everything was great the location, the pool, the room, the grounds were well kept with multiple outside gathering areas. Owners were onsite and made us feel like friends right away. Would stay here again with no hesitstion
