Disgusting townhouse was not cleaned at all. No bedsheets, no comforters, refrigerator dirty, no towels, no paper tissue and the owner Clair RUDE AS HELL. Terrible customer service. We booked for 8 nights, and Clair the owner came to us and claimed we rented for 7 nights when we had text messages from her that we were all set for 8 nights and threatened to call the cops on us! We had the evidence text messages from her. Also beware because the pool had glass in the bottom of the pool and when we brought it up to her attention it was no big DEAL. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Children were swimming in that pool. Don't rent from her! Nasty place, rude owner. Will never go there again.

It was horrible she clearly does not know how to run a business or manage it properly. Our room smelled bad. She gave us the worse room possible and charged us more than others that had a bigger room. Claire was very rude. Her husband was nice and understanding. She opened our mail which is illegal. Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Better stay the whole month if you stay here monthly you will be charged for the whole month. She blamed us for breaking her OLD air conditioner. It has seen it’s better days before I’ll say that. It took her maintenance crew 3 days in 80 degree weather to put an air conditioner in our little room. Oh and since inflation was rising she wanted to charge everybody more for electricity after a verbal agreement on a set amount she still wanted to raise the prices on a monthly rate. We couldn’t run our air conditioner less than 70 when it was 90 degrees outside. We had to. Bring our own towels, wash cloths, and our own bedding such as blanket, sheets, and etc. I don’t recommend staying here at all. ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THAT IT WAS CLOSE TO THE BEACH. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR MONEY HERE. IF YOU READ THIS BEFORE SHE DELETES THIS JUST TAKE MY WORD!!!

Would not recommend staying here the owner is very rude and disrespectful doesn’t like travel workers wants you to pay for a full month but be out when she says for you to get out rooms aren’t what you think so don’t let the pics fool you

My wife, three boys and I spent the last week in one of concorde TownHouse. We used to stay there (6 times) when the boys were younger. Once again we were not disapointed. Very clean et comfortable town house at 3 minutes walk fron the beach. 15 minutes walk from downtown so not too noisy and the beach not too crowded. We appreciate very much the host Claire who speaks a very good french! Quality and confortable condo for the price compare to other locations near by. Merci Claire pour le beau séjour et je vous souhaite un bel été. Hope to visit you again in the years to come.
