Nice receptionist, but otherwise disappointed
Pros: desk/check in very nice people and easy to checkin and checkout; access to end of street then path to beach (about 50 yards total)
Cons: wifi in room #2 very bad, literally had to walk to window for reception; walls very thin - could hear people talking and snoring; zero view from any window - all translucent windows; not beachfront, not beach view, but beach access (~ 50 yards); very cramped, tiny bathroom; no peep hole in front door (and can’t look out translucent windows).

Great location, but paper thin walls
This hotel is located right by the beach and near the pier, which is convenient. They offer a parking spot dedicated to your room, which is awesome. The biggest complaint we have is how thin the walls and ceiling are. We were woken up at all hours by our upstairs and side neighbors, even though we slept with a fan and AC on. I can't blame the motel for inconsiderate guests, but it wouldn't have been an issue if the walls were thicker.

Solo Beach Stay
Close to the beach, quiet and simple for a great off season stay. Would be nice to walk to places if they were open, but it seems everything closes down right around Labor Day. For the price, you can’t complain. Personal parking spot, 1 minute walk to the beach and had plenty of amenities. Would definitely plan to cook some mornings for breakfast and make myself coffee the next time I stayed here rather than venture out for those things. Close to Portland and Biddeford, plenty of great beer and food around!

Great start to our vacation
Very accommodating hotel. Office was closed when we arrived and they had called us to let us know room was open and we could check in later. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Everything about the place was just right would definitely stay here again and recommend

One Night Stay
One night stay with 1 adult 3 teens. The room was very clean and comfortable. Less than a minute walk to the beach. Good location, close enough to walk to the pier, about 10 mins, but far enough away from all the noise that goes on all night. Great stay.

Wonderful Stay in May
Our 7-day stay at the Echo Motel was wonderful! Julie & Sam were wonderful hosts and constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was lovely - newly renovated and super clean. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the little kitchen which made our stay so convenient. The beach is just steps away which we thoroughly enjoyed. We took some road trips to Portland, Freeport, and Kennebunkport as we were so centrally placed to visit them. We will be back!
