Depuis plusieurs jours j’ai des échanges téléphoniques et plusieurs courriels pour mes 2 réservations pour le mois de mai 2025 et malgré les 2 dépôts versés par cartes de crédits hier soir je n’arrive pas à recevoir une confirmation « satisfaisante » qui garantie les 2 numéros de chambres que j’ai réservées. Malgré que nous sommes en janvier et qu’il reste encore quelques mois je tiens à être rassurée que les chambres demandées soient indiquées sur les lettes de confirmation L’organisation du Kebek3 s’est beaucoup dégradée depuis que Susan et Mark ne sont plus les propriétaires. Soyez vigilants …et surtout très patients ….. Je vais regarder ailleurs pour mon séjour en mai car je commence à douter…sérieusement

End of season beach stay
Very clean motel! The view of the ocean was nice, plenty of kitchen utensils, grills to cook on outdoors. We were on the bottom floor and could hear every footstep above us, so if you are a light sleeper, this would be tiresome. Beautiful beach and close to everything!

Unfortunately, we found bed bugs and left soon after arrival. We were very disappointed because the property had excellent reviews, however it looks as though those reviews were from previous ownership. The furniture was beat up and the worst issue was when we discovered the bed bugs.

Emplacement proche du pier. Par contre nous avions demandé une chambre vue mer et avons payé en conséquence. Avons eu la 71 dans un coin avec vue sur mer très partielle. Il fallait s’étirer le cou pour voir un petit coin de mer.

Would come back for sure but I think I would avoid when it is very hot because the climatiser is too loud to sleep. Everything was perfect except that!

The Kebek 3 was a good stay. Great location right on the beach short walk to boardwalk. Staff was friendly, place was definitely clean. It's a bit old, furniture & pull out couch were pretty beat up. Nothing fancy but that's everywhere in OOB. Would stay again it's a bargain price!
