Io e mio marito abbiamo deciso di cenare in questo resort su suggerimento di amici che ci avevano parlato molto bene della location e della cucina. A parte qualche difficoltà per trovare l’ingresso perché non ben segnalato (suggerisco almeno della cartellonistica nei pressi dell’incrocio) la location è davvero suggestiva, in mezzo alla campagna gallurese. Il ristorante è elegante ma non “ingessato”. Il servizio molto curato con personale presente e gentile ma non insistente. Veniamo al menù: carne e pesce, con una scelta fra 4 antipasti, 4 primi, 4 secondi e 4 dessert. Noi abbiamo scelto due antipasti, tataki di tonno e tartare di gambero viola, entrambi molto interessanti sia nell’impiattamento che nel gusto. Tonno di grande qualità cotto alla perfezione. Abbiamo proseguito con un primo, bottoni (raviolini) al carbone vegetale e ricciola con crema di topinambur: il primo un’esplosione di gusto ed eleganza. Ricciola cotta alla perfezione. Abbiamo concluso con due dessert e accompagnato la cena con due calici di vermentino. Prezzo assolutamente in linea con la grande qualità degli ingredienti e soprattutto con la ricerca dietro ad ogni piatto. Uscendo non ho potuto fare a meno di fare i miei complimenti alla giovane e talentuosa chef (la cucina a vista da la possibilità di vederla all’opera). Sicuramente torneremo per provare le altre proposte del menù.

O hotel é lindo a equipe muito atenciosa um espaço maravilhoso. Para as crianças eu achei muito bom e minhas netas adoraram. Sem falar no restaurante com atendente excelente e a comida maravilhosa. A trilha sonora do bar da piscina muito boa e os quartos amplos e bem decorados. O acabamento em madeira é muito bom.

Great One Night Stopover
I needed a one stay close to Olbia Airport as I had friends that were flying in, this hotel was perfect, close to everything in Olbia

Fantastic stay
Great, personal service that helped me book a taxi. Staff was super friendly and the beds were extremely comfortable (i slept great). Also very nice food in the restaurant, tries the tasting menu which consisted of authentic sardinian dishes, served with a wine from their own vineyard. I am very happy with my visit and if I ever return to olbia ill make sure to stay here again.

A wonderful place for both couples and children!
My wife and I traveled with our three-year-old daughter and Su Entu made for a great experience for us. The pools are perfect for both adults and children, there is a small playground for kids, some farm animals (chickens, goats, horses, rabbits) for kids to watch, and our room was spacious for the three of us. I would guess that about a third of the guests were there with children as well, so Su Entu definitely works to please all types of travelers. The customer service was superb! I’ve traveled throughout Europe for both business and personal travel and I’m confident that the Su Entu staff are a cut above the rest! Our dinner both nights that we dined there was incredible, the cocktails and wine were perfect, we loved our day at the pool, and got a great night’s rest all three evenings we stayed. There are only a few things I want to point out to other travelers: 1) The food at the restaurant for dinner was excellent but was a little pricey—so not great for every budget. 2) The wi-fi was very intermittent the whole time, so if you intend to do work on your laptop while staying here you should consider that. 3) Su Entu is only a few miles from the city center but you can’t safely walk there; you ideally will have a rental or personal car. There is a cheap city bus that you can take (1 Euro per adult) and it meets right out front Su Entu but the service is very infrequent so you’ll need to definitely plan ahead if you’re going to use it. All that said, Su Entu is fantastic!
