Seemed like it was a very nice hotel. But I missed a lot of things. The service wasn’t great, when I came in I was given a map and shown one road instead of the major landmarks. The towels were washed no matter what, but I would like to save water and have them washed when I want to. It was next to a club and I could hear the music in my room. And the drinks in the room were really expensive, a bottle of water for €9! Etc

Everything excellent. Total predisposition towards the guest, all the staff super attentive to any question. Mr. Luca is a number one just like his reception partner. Varied and abundant breakfast. Large and comfortable spaces. I will definitely return to Colonna Palace Hotel on Via Montello. Highly recommended.

When we arrived at the hotel room, we were astonished, as it was really big - at least 50 square metres. We felt ourselves really well. However, as we have travelled in Sardinia quite a lot now, then it is typical that you do not think about heating. You fall asleep in a warm room, but wake up in cold, as the sun does not heat the room any more. The hotel is in a good location - close to Olbia Terranova train station and not too far from the city centre. In conclusion, the hotel is not a disappointment. For this money - it is impossible to get a room spacious like that anywhere.

Für eine Nacht gerade so okay
Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Name „Palace“ ist etwas irreführend. Es ist ein Bunkerbau am Rande der Innenstadt in jetzt nicht der allerbesten Gegend. Die Teppiche in den Fluren sind sehr runtergerockt, alles macht einen sanierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. Mein Zimmer roch sehr unangenehm (Turnhallenumkleide), ließ sich mit Dauerlüften halbwegs beheben.
Zimmer war riesig mit recht wenig Licht, dafür allerdings auffällig vielen Lichtschaltern, von denen die Hälfte ohne Funktion war.
Frühstück erst ab halb acht, daher zu spät, wenn man einen frühen Flieger bekommen muss.

L’albergo da fuori sembrava anche carino, accoglienza scarsa, stanza pulita ma insufficiente, dotazione in bagno il minimo indispensabile, frigo bar minimo contato, colazione pessima in un locale inadeguato (è sufficiente dire che nell’ angolo vicino al nostro tavolo era pieno di ragnatele). Abbiamo soggiornato la notte di Natale, abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile prevedere brindare a mezzanotte e ci hanno guardato come fossimo marziani. Da un albergo a 4 stelle ci si attende molto di più

It’s really run down old property and in dire need of a full renovation. It smelled old, felt old, and not in a cute charming way. The breakfast was more basic than you can imagine in a dungeon. Location isn’t the greatest either.
