Cosy Guest House in the heart of Olbia. Beautiful interior, with a top notch service, from the beginning to the end, Chiara the amazing host makes sure you have everything you need to enjoy your holidays. The cleaning service is provided daily and they also offered a delicious in room breakfast which snacks, pastries and juices refilled everyday. Thank you so much for your hospitality, I felt at home :)

Camera pulita e arredata con gusto. Chiara ed Enrico ospitali e disponibili. Comoda la colazione organizzata in camera. Posizione centrale e vicina ai mezzi pubblici, al lungomare e al grade parco Fausto Noce. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie di tutto.

Apartamento-hotel muy recomendable si te quedas en Olbia, y con todo detalle . No falta nada de lo q puedas necesitar para tener una buena estancia . Tiene hasta sombrilla de playa , todo pensado . Muy cuco decorado . Limpieza perfecta .Callle tranquila. Puedes aparcar sin problema en la calle donde está situado casi en la puerta . Lo único q olbia no es nada bonito. Le salva q tiene unas playas preciosas con una mar espectacular.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole da Altré. Tutto era super pulito, nuovo e non ci mancava niente. Inoltre, siamo stati accolti bene da Chiara ed è stata sempre disponibile tramite Whatsapp per qualsiasi domanda. Alla prossima 😃

Con mia moglie siamo stati ospiti nella Mini Suite Tropicana per alcuni giorni nel febbraio 2022 e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente, nuovo, confortevole, ordinato e pulito con aria condizionata, bagno privato, TV e wifi, ma soprattutto abbiamo trovato la gentilezza, disponibilità e premura di Chiara ed Enrico che ci hanno saputo consigliare nella scoperta della città. La struttura è in pieno centro di Olbia a poche decine di metri dalla basilica di San Simplicio e dal centro; non ha parcheggio proprio ma non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà trovare un posto disponibile nella stessa via. La camera è ampia e dotata di tutto quello che può servire per un soggiorno di alcuni giorni ed è dotata di uno spazio cucina separato attrezzato con tavolo e sedie e tutti gli elettrodomestici (frigorifero, macchina per caffè, bollitore e montalatte) e le vivande necessarie per una colazione in autonomia. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, ormai è diventata la nostra struttura di riferimento per un soggiorno ad Olbia.

We stayed at Altre Guest house for 2 nights. Enrico and Chiara were very helpful from the beginning of our trip to Olbia from Cagliari. They sent us information how to get there and Enrico was waiting for us at the guest house when we arrived. The room was extremely clean, tidy, very well equipped. There is a little kitchenette with all the utensils you need. There are some kitchen equipments like coffee machine, kettle, fridge even a milk frother. They prepare a tray with breakfast stuff and you can find some more things in the fridge like butter, milk, water, jams and yogurt. I really liked that they pay attention to select rubbish in a different containers. We also received a welcome and good bye gift which is a very kind idea. The location of the property is excellent. So close to the train stations, bus stops and the town centre. Enrico and Chiara always happy to help and go extra mile for their customers. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Dejligt sted og god beliggenhed
Et skønt ophold - værelset var dejligt stort og rent. Værterne er meget imødekommende og hjælper gerne med anbefalinger til sightseeing og spisesteder. Placeringen er også rigtig god og tæt på den indre bydel.
