Terza volta in questa struttura, che dire ...ormai ci sentiamo a casa....tutto curato e la disponibilità del sig Daniele è impareggiabile. Abbiamo provato, per vari motivi 2 strutture non avitir..Aiuto.... Vi consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare qua e di fare una puntatina a cena al Mareturismo da Filiberto...... Provare per credere. .

Bien placé, super café à 100m pour le petit déjeuner ou boire un verre, centre ville historique à 10mn à pieds. Propriétaire de bon conseil et disponible. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Chambre joliment décorée, joli patio, endroit calme. Parking dans la rue.

Ho vissuto in questo fantastico residence due mesi per esigenze lavorative. Non semplice trovare ad Olbia residenze così ben curate e rifinite. Gli immobili sono arredati con gusto e dotati di qualunque confort (Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, impianto di termocondizionamento, raccolta differenziata ben organizzata). La gestione, sia per quanto riguarda l'approccio con gli ospiti, sia per la cura e la manutenzione della struttura e dei servizi è ineccepibile. Grazie a Daniele e a tutte le persone che collaborano con lui per questo soggiorno. Consigliato sia per vacanze che per trasferte di lavoro

Et dejligt sted. Det ligger godt lidt uden for centrum. Ubemandet det meste af tiden, men personalet er meget fleksibelt og hjælpsomt.

Ok sans plus
Ok pour un hôtel avant ou après transit aéroport. Attention aux horaires de la réception ouverte seulement à partir de 17h.
Le propriétaire n’est pas si accueillant que ce qu’on aurait pu attendre. Les draps ont dû mal sécher avant notre arrivée, d’où l’odeur…

Tipp für Olbia
Die Zimmer befinden sich ebenerdig zum Innenhof mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten vor dem Zimmer oder im Hof, sowie im 1.Obergeschoss. Im Raum befindet sich ein Sofa und die Größe passt bestens. Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht, trotzdem gibt es Brot, Marmelade und Süßigkeiten, Kaffeepulver, Tee und Wasserkocher. Die Matratzen sind etwas weich. Es war zum Innenhof sehr ruhig. In maximal 10 Minuten ist man am Flughafen und in der Innenstadt. Es war alles so wie beschrieben und wir würden wieder buchen.

Cosy stay
We had a restful stay at Domus Olbia Inn, the aircon, bed and shower was all we needed! Had a TV too for late night cartoons. Other reviews say they were bothered by the closeness to a busy road but honestly with the shutters closed I didn’t hear anything. We couldn’t get the shower head to stay up fully but that’s the only criticism. Beautiful courtyard to eat and relax in too.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Our host was friendly and helpful.
One complaint is parking, there is none!
It’s on street parking only, if available. The description is misleading.
