Experience to forget. Staff totally unmotivated, not attentive and they do not give any kind of support to the Customers.
Every day at breakfast it was not possible to receive the eggs as requested, every day they were broken and burnt, the Maitre seeing that we left the eggs on the plate did not worry at all. The windows of the restaurant had been dirty for a long time and had cobwebs.

Excelente localização para umas férias na costa esmeralda. Bom pequeno almoço e funcionários muito prestáveis. Tolhas de praia e guarda sol disponíveis. Como pontos negativos de referir a luminosidade no quarto que nos acordava logo ao amanhecer.

Le site, en nid d'aigle avec une vue époustouflante à 360° est égale à la déception de l'établissement 😕 attention tout n'est pas décevant... Les extérieurs sont magnifiques, la piscine jolie, la vue depuis le restaurant whaooouuu!!!😃, le dîner très bon, le personnel du restaurant très sympa.... Après, les chambres sont vieillottes, mal entretenues, avec des prestations qui ont trente ans de retard😕 et la réception est antipathique 😡... Le petit déjeuner est quelconque et sans intérêt, car pas goûteux.... Enfin le côté magnifique du site tranche avec une clientèle... Comment dire... qui fait village de vacances... Voilà... Ils doivent travailler certains points pour être à la hauteur du site majestueux qui est le leur !!

We stayed in August and wouldn’t go back. Booked through TUI and wasn’t aware of how remote it is and need a car to get out of the hotel. The bus from the hotel to the beach does run but 50 euros for a sunbed and 10 euros for a sandwich so a complete rip off, although this isn’t the hotels fault. The bus to town only runs until lunchtime so can’t go there for an evening meal unless you get a taxi which is expensive and if you walk there’s no real pavement and no lighting. Garden room was a view of a bush and the dressing table glass was broken. Rooms are basic although clean. We complained about the air conditioning as was running hot but didn’t get fixed. Picked up a drawing pin in my flip flop on way to pool one day and knife found in the rock next to the pool. Breakfast and evening buffet were almost the same every day. You could opt for another menu in the evening but found it wasn’t great and 45 euros each. Pool menu was ok and burgers were lovely. Saving grace was a couple of the staff Alessandro and Francesca who were at the pool bar almost every day. Found restaurant staff weren’t great except for Luca. The Sardinia evening was great and the roast pig was lovely. There are no trips to go on. Would like to go back to Sardinia as haven’t seen any of it!

Wir haben als Wandergruppe 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und mit allem notwendigen eingerichtet.Das Essen war einfach absolute Spitzegrosses Lob dafür.Die Poollandschaft und der Garten sind traumhaft. Aber leider konnten wir dies wetter und zeitbedingt nicht nutzen.Das Personal war super zu 99% es können ja nicht alle freundlich sein am frühen morgen, und zudem waren wir die letzten Gäste vor dem wohlverdienten Saisonende.

Where can I start? On a late arrival (9.30 p.m.), when checking in we asked if we could have a sandwich - no. Breakfast was ok but I've had better. Was near enough the same each day with not much in the way of fresh fruit. We ate in the restaurant twice; the first time was lovely, the second was awful. Restaurant manager so rude. The room was small and the shower was not very good. The pool was fine the first day but it was emptied and never refilled whilst we were there and they could not give an explanation. Shuttle bus is as good as useless. The drivers run to their own timetable and there is no bus after 1.30 to the village. The beach is not glorious and the sunbeds are a rip off. If you want to get about, hire a car from the airport as there are no taxis. There is also no lift and the grounds are very hilly and steep. The whole time there was an awful smell of sewage. All in all, the stay felt like a prison and we were glad to leave. Receptionists and bar staff are welcoming.

Siamo stati una settimana a fine luglio. L’hotel è molto particolare immerso nel verde e nelle rocce sarde quindi è molto rilassante e tranquillo ma dalla sala ristorante si vede anche il mare, bellissimo. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, il cibo molto buono sia a colazione che a cena. La navetta gratuita che porta alla spiaggia di Rena Bianca Portisco è bella. Anche il piccolo paese di San Pantaleo è molto caratteristico con locali,bar e musica. Vi consigliamo di noleggiare un’auto come abbiamo fatto noi. Anche la piscina è molto bella, con l’acqua profonda più di due metri in un punto. Nella nostra camera c’era sia l’aria condizionata che un ventilatore a pale al soffitto molto funzionale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ve lo consigliamo e vi auguriamo buona continuazione!
